Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had one failed breast surgery, at the age of 20 years old, with a seroma, because the doctor failed to offer me drains. Then, I redid my breasts, at 22 years old. I did a mini lift, with small implants, as I naturally have a lot of breast tissue, to surround the implants. I chose a good surgeon then. I had those for 15 years, but they were just too big & bothered my back. Dr. Farber explained to me, that my breasts were drooping because my implants were too small for the width of my breasts. Dr. Farber recommended to remove the old implants, to avoid the drooping, then add an internal bra & do a full lift. Today, I am over 6 months out, from my breast surgery, with Dr. Farber. I had an explant, internal bra & full lift. My breasts are so great, they look like there are still implants in there. They are small & perky, just how I wanted them.
