I went to Dr. Ryan Greene for correction of under-eye trough filler that had been placed more than…read moreeight years ago. While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Because I needed correction from previous work in a very delicate area of the face, I researched extensively before deciding where to go. Dr. Greene is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with specialized training in head and neck surgery, and that level of expertise clearly shows in both his assessment and execution. Considering his education, high-volume experience with injectables, and the quality of care I received, I also found his pricing to be very fair. Between his expertise, excellent staff, and great personality, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Greene to anyone seeking skilled and thoughtful care -- especially for complex under-eye filler correction.

A week went by an no refund. At that point I placed a dispute with the credit card company. Trusting this busines to be reputable I removed the dispute. Within a few days a new charge of $2000.00 appeared on my credit card. After repeated calls and emails to the accounting office I received a replay that the $2000.00 refund had been issued on January 12, 2024. Since that time I have reached out to the owner Dr. Johnson and his staff on numerous occassions with ZERO response. I plan on taking this business to small claims court and seek my refund. The results were phenomenal when it fully kicked in. I emailed to tell her I always want to look the way of the results she gave me! So smooth, so relaxed, yet natural. I think deep down I knew I always wanted (needed) to be a Revis girl! I had my first breast augmentation in DC in 2013 (not Dr Revis) and had 650cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. After having a baby (breastfeeding for 6 months) and my breasts (one more than the other) developing significant double bubble-I knew I wanted to go with XL implants and have the double bubble corrected immediately. Even though I already knew about Dr Revis, I researched further to ensure I would find the best corrective surgeon in the US, specializing in XL implants. Every time I researched, I kept finding my way back to Dr Revis. I reached out to get a consultation, where I sent an email with pictures to Dr Revis. His office said he was out, so the response may be delayed; however I received a response within a few hours! He made suggestions and from that initial email I knew he would be my next surgeon! Every single interaction with Dr Revis and his team were beyond my expectations. He was personable, listened to my concerns, obviously experienced and highly competent, and I felt like I wasn't just another boob job, in and out. He listened -what I wanted mattered! Dr Revis and his staff were excellent! Beyond anything I could have imagined. WARNING VERY GRAPHIC!!!!!! Where do I begin? In 2015 when…read moreBBL's became a big thing I went to strax rejuvenation. I was 170 pounds and I had a lot of Fat to use. I wanted a super BBL and my hip dips filled in. I got there only to speak to Dr. Dean for two minutes. They took my deposit quickly, three weeks later I got the surgery. When he was drawing on me, I was stressing to him how important my body was to me, that I'm an exotic dancer and model and that I needed a snatched waste and a fuller butt. He did it under local anesthesia, which I believe is the one where you're awake. And let me tell you... I felt everything!!! My eyes were open watching in horror. There was so much fluid in my stomach that he would take breaks every 20 minutes and they would walk me to the bathroom so I could pee and fluids were getting all over the floor (very unsanitary) no one was cleaning it up and it was all over the place and I was so out of it, but I did realize the room was dirty and cold and scary. I woke up to no nurses around me to comfort me when the local anesthesia was wearing offand they charged my card $800 to wear a compressor that I wasn't even aware about to begin with, the nurses put me in an XX small, I couldn't breath for days and we ended having to cut it off my body and it hurt because my skin and the fluids where dried onto it, it felt like I was pealing my own skin off. I didn't see the doctor afterwards and they were rushing my boyfriend at the time to come get me. He was five minutes late and they rolled me outside on a wheelchair to wait for him while the nurses went back inside. They told me to come back in two weeks later (only because I took the initiative to ask, when do I come back in for a follow up? ) to see him and I had scar tissue and fat pockets everywhere. I expressed how terribly I felt and how insecure I felt about my body..He said he couldn't fix it . I think he gave me one lymphatic massage for FREE that did nothing. When I went to see him for my follow up, there was about 30 women in the waiting room and he was really stressed out and he had his hand on the door knob when you were trying to talk to him about anything. I was so sick and tired of my results that the company reached out to me and said that they would do another BBL for $3000 and that Dr. Dean got better over the years and would fix this mess and I would go under general anesthesia this time and be asleep. I woke up in a room with 20+ other women all waking up the same time as me screaming in pain than I heard a Nurse telling them all to shut up. And other women frustrated that they found out they had to pay an additional 800 for a garment that they didn't even know about. I got home. I was in so much pain and I went to look at my results and nothing changed. I don't know what he did to me in there, but I had bruising everywhere and no fat on my butt or my hip dips like he promised me. Like WHAT?! Your word as a surgeon is your bond. We are putting our life & bodies in your hands. Ladies!!! Save your money, go to a doctor that does revision surgery because they're the best. Not because you need revision, but they know not what to do to ruin your body. I'm going to show you a picture of the front of me wear he left scar tissue from being so aggressive and I've lost weight since I saw him so it looks 10% better. Most doctors I see say it will cost 15-20k to fix. I used to be able to wear bikinis but now I can't without people pointing out the gapping holes in the front of my stomach and the fat pockets he didn't lipo out in my sides of my back. It's taken me a long time to muster up the courage and write this review. I'm doing everything I can to save up my money to get my old body back, for the puncture wounds to look normal again, for the donut of Fat he left around my belly button gone, all the fat pockets on my back to be smoothed out. If 3-4k for a bbl plus free 6 areas of lipo is to good to be true.. it is!!! I did a deep dive on Dr Dean and he's not even a board certified surgeon before he did this he did men's hair plugs at Bosley hair extensions. Also the lip injections were bad too, lumpy big and uneven, their injectors are terrible, this was another mistake. I made when I was young in 2015.. This place doesn't care about you. They only care about how many bodies they can get on the table in a day. They don't treat you like family or friends. You want a doctor that would treat your body like he would treat his own, his wife or his daughters. Big red flags!!!
