When I came back for the second consult, Dr Berman was rude and yelled at me for coming to him with insurance. He would do the procedure, but was no longer willing to charge insurance, rather he wanted out of pocket payment. Maybe he was simply having a bad day, but from the time I spoke on the phone to make my first appointment to the first visit and undergoing the tests he asked me for, I was lead to believe that he would do my procedure under insurance payment. This had already been deemed necessary and approved by insurance. In addition to all this, my consults and tests were payed by insurance to his office, but Dr Berman's office still sent me a bill for the visit which the insurance said he should not have because he accepted the insurance payment. Dr Berman might be a good doctor from what the reviews say, but he is certainly lacking some follow through with what he promises and he is a very greedy doctor. I wasted my time, ended up with a bill, and was forced to start the process with a different doctor who did this procedure very quickly without any issues.

I finally was financially able to do my dream breast revision surgery. What a great choice! This is the happiest I've ever been, with my breasts, in my entire life. I had one failed breast surgery, at the age of 20 years old, with a seroma, because the doctor failed to offer me drains. Then, I redid my breasts, at 22 years old. I did a mini lift, with small implants, as I naturally have a lot of breast tissue, to surround the implants. I chose a good surgeon then. I had those for 15 years, but they were just too big & bothered my back. Dr. Farber explained to me, that my breasts were drooping because my implants were too small for the width of my breasts. Dr. Farber recommended to remove the old implants, to avoid the drooping, then add an internal bra & do a full lift. Today, I am over 6 months out, from my breast surgery, with Dr. Farber. I had an explant, internal bra & full lift. My breasts are so great, they look like there are still implants in there. They are small & perky, just how I wanted them. My pain has been so minimal, compared to my past 2 breast augs. My back feels great now & no more back pain!! I feel taller & have a more slender silhouette now. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. man after doing a great amount of research, and I put a deposit down that day. One thing that I particularly like about him is his honest and straightforward nature. Not going to lie, he definitely has an small ego, but I would too if I was as skilled and talented as he is. One of the things that I pleasantly recall is, during the consultation, we were discussing size/shape, and he quite abruptly stated he wasn't going to do anything bigger than a C, as it would look cartoonish. Some people might have been put off by this comment, but I genuinely appreciated it. I definitely didn't want anything bigger than a C already, but it was really nice to hear that he really takes pride in his work and is not willing to do procedures that resemble the outcome of a back alley surgeon. The Surgery: My experience was overall pleasant. The day of the surgery, both him and his staff did a wonderful job and keeping me comfortable. Obviously I don't remember the actual surgery, but afterwards there was not nearly as much pain as I had previously assumed there would be. Everything went well, and the recovery was as pleasant as it could be. All of the staff were extremely attentive and really did an excellent job. Recovery: I have a few autoimmune diseases, which probably affect pain reception and my ability to heal. I was essentially stuck in bed for about two weeks after the surgery, but that was to be expected because of my illness. I took much longer to heal than his average patient, but he was absolutely on top of everything, and his staff were always extremely happy to answer any questions that I had. The Result: Obviously at first, I was worried about the results of the surgery because everything was extremely swollen, things were crooked, etc. But once they started healing better I was absolutely elated. What is everything settle down, you could really see that they had taken a very natural shape, and were absolutely perfectly symmetrical. They felt, looked, and moved as if they were 100% real. Because of my autoimmune diseases, the scarring didn't heal as properly as I would've liked, but they are absolutely not visible unless one were to investigate thoroughly. No it's almost 5 years later, and I can absolutely say that I couldn't have possibly been happier in my experience with Dr. Man and his office. TLDR: Dr. Man is amazing and a true artist, He can absolutely be trusted to perform the highest quality procedures.

Dr. Mascaro and his team were incredibly responsive before and after the procedure--emails, phone messages, text messages, and even DMs to Dr. Mascaro himself were promptly addressed. A special shout-out to Haley, my day-of-surgery nurse, and Michelle, the overnight nurse, who were both fantastic. I woke up at 3:00 am in the overnight stay and Michelle was incredibly patient, providing extra meds and sitting with me until I slept again, then helping me get prepared to go home, even washing my hair! She truly made my experience the best it could have been. The team called me the first 3-4 days everyday to make sure I was doing great. During all of my follow-up visits, red light therapy, and hyperbaric chamber appointments, everyone knew who I was and exactly what I had done and where I was in my recovery. I was so impressed that every time I walked in, I was greeted by name.
