I was set to have a nearly $9000 operation that was scheduled on an agreed time and date and they know I'm driving from a long distance for it and they left a message AFTER HOURS the night before it changing the time earlier in the morning making travel impossible and this was not agreed on at all. They obviously left the message after hours the night before (have screenshots and time stamps and voice to txt of the vm they left showing they changed the time without authorization) so that I would miss it and forfeit the surgery and not be eligible for a refund. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Albert since 2005. He's done multiple surgeries on me over the years, as well as the maintenance visits for Botox, etc. because I'm committed to fighting the good fight against looking and feeling "old", and I can't say enough about how amazing he is. He has also removed scar tissue from my stomach from two prior surgeries to remove my appendix and gallbladder, and I am able to be in a bikini again without embarrassment.My results have always exceeded my expectations, and his aftercare and follow up post-surgery is so great. Dr. Albert has the worst bedside manners! After my surgery I wasn't feeling well and he kept trying to kick me out of his recovery room. I thought I was in good hands, but I was very wrong. Almost a year later and I had to go to another plastic surgeon to reconstruct my breasts, which was another 9,000.00 on top of the 12,000.00 I spent with Dr Albert. When I am fully recovered I have to go back and have my nipples reconstructed also which will cost even more money. There are much better surgeons out there. I saw Dr. Albert on December 23, 2019. I went in for a consultation to fix a bump on my chin due to a scar as well as a consultation for Botox to help relieve my TMJ. Dr. Albert recommended putting filler into my chin to help mask the bump, but I have tried doing this many times before and it has only made it worse. He then suggested putting a little Botox into my chin because he thought it would relax the muscles and might help to mask the bump. When we talked about the TMJ Botox I asked if it could affect my smile, which I know from internet research as well as knowing people who had it done that it can indeed affect your smile, but he informed me that it would not. He knew my smile was a big concern of mine and knew that I am in the entertainment industry where I am on camera, etc. and failed to give me any warning that putting Botox into my chin could affect my smile. He made it like the Botox was nothing. During the procedure, he injected the Botox into my chin and then proceeded to tell me that he "had some extra" and to "raise [my] eyebrows." I did as I was told since he had a needle to my face and I was caught off guard as he proceeded to inject Botox into my forehead, an area that I had not consented to having injected. I am 23 years old and have never had Botox for wrinkles nor do I have any wrinkles that I would need Botox for. The day after the procedure I noticed that I could only move one side of my mouth and when I smiled, it was completely lopsided. It felt difficult to talk, smile, and laugh. I waited another day to see if it would subside at all once it had settled a bit. This was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Unfortunately, there was no difference by December 26th, which is when I first called Dr. Albert's office. I informed them what was going on and the woman in the office told me that this is a possible side effect. Weird that an office associate told me this was a possible side effect after the fact, and that the doctor had not given me any warning beforehand. She then had me send photos to the office and told me she was going to get in touch with the doctor while he was on vacation, saying that he would give me a call from his personal cell in the next day or 2. From Dec 26-Jan 5th, I received no call and was back and forth with the office, sending more photos and having to explain the situation to multiple different employees there. I still, 2 weeks later, had not heard from the doctor himself. I finally told a woman in the office that I do not even want to speak to the doctor and that all I wanted was a refund of my $250 that I paid to have the Botox, for which I was never warned of possible side effects, was injected into a place that I never consented to have injected, and had never received a call from the doctor who injected me when I was having an adverse reaction from what he did. Once I mentioned a refund, the doctor finally called me on Monday, Jan 6th, 3 weeks after my procedure. He told me during this phone call to send him a video and that he would see if he could find someone in California to fix it (since this is where I reside). He never apologized or gave me any reassurance that this would get better, but certainly acknowledged it needed to be fixed. Needless to say, I did not trust him to direct me to anyone considering what I'd just been through with him. I would NEVER let him touch my face or the face of anyone I know. I'm appalled by the behavior of someone who is supposed to be a doctor and make you feel comfortable and safe who left me with a crooked smile and droopy lip for nearly 5 months without so much as an apology or a refund. read more

My experience was horrible. While preparing for the procedure on my arms, Dr. Albert massaged the nipple of my breast and commented on the good results of my breast lift surgery. He had not performed the lift surgery and it was inappropriate of him to touch my breast which made me extremely uncomfortable. He offered an option of performing my procedure without anesthesia but did not wait for the numbing medicine to take effect and I was in excruciating pain for the majority of the surgery. Post surgery I had excessive bleeding and attempted to reach him on his cell phone as I was instructed to do. No answer. When I explained in the office that I had filled four towels with blood he rolled his eyes at me and asked if I had taken the Valium he prescribed implying this was due to anxiety. I am an RN and was very offended. His staff apologized for him after he left the room. I would definitely think long and hard before using him. Dr. Albert performed juviderm and botox injections on my face a few weeks ago and I have received so many compliments on how "fresh", "smooth" and "young" I look. I love it!!! Nothing was overdone, my eyebrows aren't sitting at the top of my scalp - they are perfect. My lips are a tad plumper and appear to provide a more youthful look. The lines around my lips (smoker lines) have now disappeared. I had a very distinct line between my eyebrows from making funny faces - and aging. I prefer to ignore the latter and say "funny faces" is now vanished as well. I will return to Dr. Albert and his friendly staff whenever the juviderm and botox wears off. I had to have my breast implants switched out and reconstructed due to poor previous work. Dr. Albert took time and was patient with me, listening to my concerns. His facility is state of the art and his skill level is high. My original surgery left scars so thick and broad; think of a broad magic marker only 3D. Dr. Albert left small, fine point scars which are fading! The original doctor stretched out my areolas so much they were four fingers wide! Dr. Albert fixed that and his work is beautiful. I never leave reviews, but after years of physical pain, mental anguish and embarrassment, it is my time to speak up! DR. ALBERT, not only lacks integrity, but also the artistry & empathy that a PS should have! DO NOT TRUST HIM, as his word means nothing! In fact, the entire staff is made up of a fake illusion and displays such a caring facade, in the beginning. They are all about the money, superficial and very glam! With that being said, one must ask themselves, how can this be? I am once again a botched victim, by another horrific doctor. I have always considered PS's, as artists. I am a Prophylactic Bi-Lat Mastectomy patient, whom had immediate reconstructive surgery, fat grafting & then a paid out of pocket, (because he was not in my insurance network) revision by DR. Albert, whereas he assured me a one and done, positive result. Prior to moving forward with Dr. Albert's plan, I consulted with other state of the art doctors, whom disagreed that a positive result could be achieved by Dr. Albert's surgical plan. Yet once again, I was re-assured by DR. Albert, that he would not attempt this surgery, if he was not absolutely sure the surgery would be a success. Yet, I have 4 other surgeons that disagree with his M.O. The evening of my surgery I sent him a text to advise how I was feeling and his response was immediate. I would seriously think twice about going to this doctor. A few years back I went to get a tummy tuck and breast augmention and couldn't be more disappointed. He left the scar on my tummy so high up that I can't wear a bikini or jeans without see it unless I wear high waisted. My breast, well one nipple is slightly igher than the other -- I can live with this, althought when you pay to have them done you would think they would be perfect. I had asked Dr. Albert for a refund on my tummy tuck so i could try to see if i can have it fixed but he refused. Every day that I wake up and undress I am reminded of Dr. Albert when I see the scar that runs across my stomach and has a pointed tip on the side from the drains. And because of him, that he didn't refund my money I haven't been able to get it fixed. My boobs I can deal with..naturally breast are not perfect - even though after paying $13K I should be, but my stomach I can't.
