I came here trying to find the most trashed store I've ever seen, and I was NOT disappointed. My star rating system is based on 1-5 from "garbage to PLASTER TRASHED" and this store was a 5. I couldn't make it inside the store because I would have fallen to my death after tripping over a fake stiletto. But I managed to get these photos from outside. Every square inch completely trashed. All H&M's tend to carry slightly different stock and this one seems to carry the WORST of the bunch. All the women's clothes are genuinely god-awful or only something an older person would want, the men's clothes are hit or miss, and the store is always disorganized and gross. The prices are higher than any other location I've been in and it is not worth it. 0/10 do not recommend this location. read more

This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The team member at the register seemed annoyed with every question I asked. Only one person was working the register, and she refused to process my return even though I had my receipt and the purchase was made only one week ago. The two items still had store tags. When I asked where to find a specific pair of jeans, she flat-out said, "I can't tell you where anything is in the store." Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. It's worth taking the trip to the H&M at Aventura Mall. This store needs serious management attention and better-trained employees. read more

SALES!!! Jajaja.... actually has been my favorite store since, thanks to my trainer, I'm now wearing XXS. This is the only store where I've actually found extra extra small clothing. Besides their clothing being up-to-date when it comes to fashion. Also has a very nice office clothing selection, such as business suits for petite. Love this big store! Didn't remember seeing this place before. But, if you venture in during the week, you will find more sizes and maybe some new arrivals. I love how they have clothes in color groupings. H&M is big on oversized styles, so sometimes you can go one or two sizes lower. On the flip side, you can also find your fitted crop tops and cool skirts at reasonable prices. The selection was much better here than my local store. Staff was friendly and patient while I opened my Rewards acct to be scanned. It's always sloooow. Only suggestion for this store is to have more mirrors throughout. I really like H&M. The store is geared for people that are thin as the sizes are geared to a European fit. There are plenty of choices and if you're a member you get some great deals. I wear a lot of their clothes and I like the way they fit. They are cool with returns when needed. I would check them out. read more

I was in need of new clothes for work and the gym. H&M is affordable, stylish, and everyday-wear comfort. Really happy with my buy; I bought 2 pairs of high heels new silk blouses , leggings, jeans and 4 pairs of pants. just left H&M wpb in a huff. first found my sign but was available on display policy is no items can be purchased on display. I was willing to come back for it the next day. my on options were to look in another store or shop on line. since I do not have a car, online was my only option. checked online and was not available in my size, so totally out of luck. next I needed to return a pair of $35 shoes. I had tried on my size 8 and loved them. these shoes were dirty with a black mark on the side. so I search for a clean pair. only I miss read the size which was 5. when I went to wear them they were way to small. so I fished out the tag to return them when I got back from my trip. it was obvious these shoes had not been worn. no dice no returns if I did not have a receipt. what? isn't this 2024? evidently they changed their return policy just 2 months ago and one must have a receipt if not a member. I shop at this store all the time (no car options very limited plus the clothes are very cool and inexpensive). I am not a member because getting a ton of junk e-mail and texts have been overwhelming. so I am out $35 and have zero friends who wear size 5. oh these would not exchange them for my size either. lastly I want to apologize to the help for my dress down of their stores policy.
