He's had some luck in the past with this brand, so I did not want to pass up the opportunity to check them out. He found a few possibilities. And when we checked the clearance section, we both found something to buy! I've been looking for some navy flat sandals for some time. I need a pair that were fancy enough to pair with a casual dress, yet still comfortable. And my husband just needed anything to replace some of his well worn old shoes. And yes, he found a pair of shoes that fit all his wants. Then there was the added bonus. Not only were our shoes on sale, but Skechers offers an additional military discount. Thank you. You made our day.

Went with our friends after a nice Sunday brunch. It was sort of organized, in sections, but not exactly. Socks were in multiple places and the shoe section had shoes in the wrong box or just one shoe not a pair. I wanted to find a pair of HOKAs, which I did. I also got a cute pair of flamingo socks for my dad and another pair of SmartWool hiking socks that were marked $22 but rang up at $6. Nice! Definitely ask for the prices at check out. They had discounts on top of discounts, so a few of the SPF shirts that we bought were heavily discounted and a few we left at the store. Still, Going, Going, Gone is a nice place to hunt for a bargain in South Florida.

The store was brightly lit and clean, well stocked with a huge selection, and staffed by a super friendly guy named Andrew, who was only too happy to help me find everything I needed. I've been out of the game for a bit and judging by the prices, it seems like 5.11 has gotten very proud of their gear as they seem to be going for people with more money than sense, but you can't blame the brick and mortar guys for the suits decisions...

It has a lot of button downs, loose fitting dresses and shirts, and the most amazing jeans I have ever owned. They've also got amazing accessories including leather bags that I want one of each of (lol), jewelry, shoes, and sunglasses. The jeans are one of the big items for this store and they have a great selection of them there. This store style is right up my alley so I always make sure to stop when I'm in the area. What really gets me to come back every time, though, is the staff. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. They are great at what they do and don't come off as just salespeople when they're working with you which is hard to find. I'm not one who typically wants or needs help so for me to actually want their assistance means a lot. It is on the pricey side. Jeans run for about $150 and tops are between $50-$100. But, just like J.Crew, they do have good sales. Today they have 25% your purchase and I've seen them do sales on sale items a couple times as well. If you're looking for quality jeans, comfy and cute clothes, and really good service you should try this place out!
