I went to her with a question and she still never came back to me. When it was time to check out, I had to go and find her as she was stocking some shelf. Second, they should either have some thick socks to use for try ons, OR sell them as single pairs. I needed to try the shoes with socks and in order to do so, I had to purchase a package of three pairs for 18.00!

He was able to try on several different pairs and even some of the footwear in the sale/clearance section. Surprisingly he found a new pair of sneakers (sorely needed) and another pair of shoes to replace an older pair. Score! And it didn't even take a long time to do this. I was so happy that he found something that not only fit, but that he liked, that I paid for his shoes as a Christmas present to him! So, he was happy and so was I! He was very knowledgeable on footwear/foot structure and gave me multiple options to try on based on their foot pressure-point scanner/videoed gait analysis. Manny took the time to go through the options of different styles of footwear specifically specialized for my foot style and helped assist me in finding the best shoes for me. I have been to other shoe stores where the workers have not been super helpful, but Manny clearly was dedicated to helping the customer and assisting them in finding the best option for them!

Upon arrival I was greeted by sales associate Sebastian, who listened to all my needs and assisted me with the foot scan. It will show you in 3D how your feet look and what support you'll need as well as populating some recommended shoes. After trying on several different brands, I opted to purchase the OnCloud Surfer Max and also got an insole. Since I was on my lunch break I didn't have much time to look like I would have wanted. Nor did I have enough time to make any decisions about what shoes I wanted quickly. Today was a good shoe purchase day! They held the shoes for me and I returned after work to finish shopping. This was a big SCORE! Buy one get one free.. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.
