This location is consistently immaculate and the salespeople are spectacular! I've been shopping with Pam in cosmetics and perfume for more than two decades. Saks at the Gardens simply won't be the same when she retires. Her attention to detail is bar-none and she has a delightful disposition. She's literally witnessed my siblings and daughter grow up to be young adults! I typically park and enter the store through the gentleman's section and the staff there is always cheerful and helpful too. Often, I visit the mall when babysitting because it's free entertainment for a two year old. The water fountains and Godiva truffle... or chocolate ball as he refers to this bad habit I've created, provide great entertainment at this age. I love the superior customer service, various events and Saks' ability to stay on trend. Tip: Saks is a great place to purchase gifts around the holidays. read more

This Saks Avenue is lacking in a lot of ways. First off, the selection of brands is much less than in Boca Raton. They have have few sizes in styles I was looking for. The store feels small and cramped. Also, just as bad is that it is very hard to hide find staff to help in designer clothing. The whole store kind of bugs me. The one place I could find help, which I was not looking for was in the Cosmetics Department. I had a total of 5 people ask me if I could needed any help. After the first two employees ask, it becomes irritating. I believe the other three saw me be asked if I needed help. The whole store just seems off to me in a lot of ways. I will stick to Boca from now on. read more

This place is utterly ridiculous, rude and a waste of time. Their customer service is terrible. You would think the customer service would be exceptional since your are paying top dollar for designer items but that is not the case at the Gardens mall. Avoid at all costs and just go to Nordstroms!! read more

Excellent customer service. I wanted to purchase a fur vest on line but wasn't sure if it would be the correct size, since it was not returnable. I called the Palm Beach Gardens store and Lesley told me that she did not have the one I wanted but she could get the vest from the Palm Beach store. The next day, the vest was at her store. When I walked in, it was ready for me to try on, which happen to be a perfect fit. Also want to mention Tyler, who also went out of his way. Now, I can't wait to go back up North to wear it. read more

This seems like the only place to pick up Jo Malone fragrances perfumes from London. What can I say Saks is definitely not as crowded as other places both people and racks and they had all the different perfumes and Jo Malone candles I was looking for. Mission accomplished! read more

YOUR CHILDREN WILL FEEL AS WELCOME HERE AS DONALD TRUMP AT A MEXICAN PINANTA PARTY. I have loved Saks as a department store for years and have made many purchasing memories here. My husband bought his first Prada shoes here. I bought my first Jimmy Choos. Saks always stood apart because of its unparalleled customer service. If something didn't fit right, they would hem it and make it fit like a custom garment. But today, nothing fit right--including the horrific salespeople. It is summer. I entered this store with my four children in tow, aged 5 through 10. Immediately I was glared at like some kind of convict (and this is a store that last year had a jewelry sales associate steal an octagenarian's identity, buy watches under her name and resell them to a pawn shop). One of my children touched a dress and the salesperson went into a cardiac stupor. Mind you, if my hand had brushed that dress, they'd be pulling it out in my size. But the piece de resistance was when my kids took a couple steps up a downward moving escalator. I was right in front of them and told them to stop (I do not condone this kind of behavior), and thought that was the end. UNTIL a show woman named BARBARA began to scold my kids and myself. She is an elderly, cheruby, cropped-hair, expired nymph that just barely missed the cut off to star as an Umpa Lumpa. I was APPALLED at how RUDE she was. She was berating me and my children. Granted, the store was practically empty, but I was at a loss for words for a few minutes. My five year old looked scared. Her cohort, the mustached CHRIS, chimed in. I offered apologies, but Chris just went off in a facetious manner; "Yes, I'm sure they are great kids and that you are so proud of them." That did it. I don't need to be served a side of attitude with my full ticket retail. This place does not feel like a Saks; more like a penitentiary. Whether or not you have kids, I want you to know that these are the kind of people that Saks has chosen to staff their venerable Palm Beach Gardens outpost with. These are not the kind of people I would care to associate with in any circumstance. I will not spend one red cent at this store. I have never been humiliated--or mom-shamed-- in this fashion ... and that is NEVER IN FASHION. read more

I have dealt with Saks and had an account there for 40 years. They are outstanding and have fixed any problem I have had. They have gone to great lengths to find the right merchandise and their return policy is flawless. Their sales staff are extremely helpful and my experience in all departments has been very pleasant. The customer service is inconsistent; either really good or bad. There are a lot of people that don't seem to know why they are there, on the phone, talking to one another, etc. Then you come across someone who is spot on, Jenny is one that comes to mind. One shops here for the quality and selection of fashion, so its too bad that management doesn't enforce some rigid rules for staff. I have to leave a review on the best employee I've met at Saks. We were shopping for wedding attire when we met Moe. He was so polite and charming. Unlike most of the men in that area, he approached us and showed us things for almost an hour before we made a decision. While many employees overlook people based on looks and age, he was eager to help. His style is impeccable, and his sweet hospitable personality won us over. We can't wait to return to see him again, his style choices for the wedding turned out to be perfect. read more
