Do not take your shoes here for repair actually all I wanted is the rubber red bottom so I don't slip , which I have done to all my Christian Louboutin's back in New York and never had a problem , they ruined $1500 pair a shoes Christian Louboutin's and the owner just looked at me like Ohhh sorry you don't have to pay for the repair , I responded to him pay for the repair ??? You just ruined my shoes, glue all over the side of the sandals, the red part of the shoes were painted in black , then he tell me that the shop across the street PB shoe repair did the work for them , so I left and went across the street to speak to the Owner that was accused of fixing my shoes at PB shoe repair he tells me he never did any pair on my shoes , he blamed another store , the owner of PB shoe repair came with me back to Nobleshoes to confront the owner & turns around and tells him that he never said they did the work , this place is nothing but a scam artist , if anything goes wrong he blames PB shoe repair . I'm livid that he ruined my shoes and he offered to fix them , he owes me a new pair , my lawyer will be contacting them very soon . read more

That said, two stars because I brought in a simple leather belt to get a hole punched since I recently lost some weight. Frankly, I expected a "free hole" which takes a matter of seconds to punch, just as a gesture of good will. Luckily, I asked the fellow how much it would cost - and was flabergasted - $25 For a Hole. The kindest family owned business. I went in for a shoe repair that broke again after someone else fixed it and charged me 30$ . He analyzed my walk and looked at my old shoes and quickly identified the issues I was having with my feet and my knee. He took his time this morning to help me with my needs and I am so grateful. I have never been to a shoe place like this before. What I mean by this is a full service shoe store. Every shoe John brought out fit perfectly and was truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. Shoe shopping has always been a real pain. Totally wish they had a store like this in Central Florida. Right when you walk in they greet you with a warm friendly smile and ask what you're there for and/or what kind of shoes your looking for. They have all sorts of shoe brands and inserts for shoes. I was there looking for Vionic's size 11 and they said they didn't have any in the back. Then the man said he just got about 4 boxes of Vionics but hasn't been able to put them away yet. So he took it upon himself to look through the boxes and find me size 11's. He found me 3 pairs and I ended up buying 2 of those pairs and then another pair of sandals that were the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever put on my feet. Firstly it has moved and it took me about 45 minutes of driving to find the new location which btw is in a dangerous part of town. There were 3 people there at 11:45 on a Saturday. No one knew what they were talking about and no one even offered to size me. I really was looking forward to getting shoes to help me strengthen my muscles after an illness and no one even talked to me. To be fair one woman was handling 3 customers and one young kid who didn't seem to know anythin, the third guy was putting shoes away. Visited this local shoe store because I say the shoe repair sign from the parking lot. I was in need of new heels for a pair of pumps. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. They happened to be quite busy the day I visited Nobiles. During the short time I waited for someone to be available, I was afforded the opportunity to look around. The store has sneakers, sandals, work shoes, socks and so much more. I was really impressed with the selection and immediately found a pair of sneakers I wanted to try on. Only five minutes passed before someone was able to help me with my repair. I am headed back there in a few days to pickup my shoes and try on a couple of things in the store. Just to let you know, they DO NOT have superior service as they claim to. I went into the store today in Palm Beach Gardens and had to wait and wait, which is fine since the store was busy. Finally, someone was helping me and then went off to get something for someone else who walked in after me, while they were in the middle of waiting on me and just left me standing there. That was it, I left the store. When someone waits awhile to wait their turn and then the person goes off to help someone else in the middle of trying to help you well, that's it.
