The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem.
