Thankfully I easily slide into the last available spot. Walked in and everyone behind the counter was on the phone but they wave me forward. Quickly reviewed the shoes and asked for my concerns. I needed them in three days but I understood the short turn around. I pay first - cost about average for South Florida. To my surprise they call the next afternoon saying that items are complete - early! Service requested was done perfectly. If they didn't point out the corrections made I might have never known. It's now been over a month. These boots have gone dancing and still look lovely. Definitely time to leave a 5 star review on great service.

Mark does live in Port St. Lucie, and if you're also in the area, he offers pickup and drop-off service. Honestly, it doesn't get better than that. I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the bottoms of my boots look now. I've had these leather boots for 15+ years, and I'm absolutely not ready to part ways with them. Mark was able to fix them and make them completely wearable again. Since it's rare for it to actually be cold in Florida, now is exactly the time to bring out the leather boots. I'm so thankful for the care and craftsmanship--thank you again, Mark!

I read the reviews of this establishment here on Yelp and noticed that a few of the negative…read morereviews are several years at this point (one was 7!). Personally, I think that to rely on a review as old as that is very unfair, especially if that bad review was based on one single experience. To have what may have just been a bad day for the employee haunt you forever is not right. We all have bad days! That being said, I've recently begun to use Classic Cleaners and I've been very pleased with their results. I found Lou and Deb both to very friendly, considerate and responsive to my requests. I like the fact that all of their work is done right there on the premises instead of sending my things off to another location. They were able to turn my work around more quickly and reasonably than others nearer to me; folks who take longer and may even charge slightly more. Yes, they're a bit farther away than other similar services, but I think that how they treat me and what they provide to me, their customer, is well worth the effort to go there.
