Then I had to put my name on a wait list for a expert to get my shoes. I then after about 6 min I met Debra. Debra had a boot on her right leg. So I was like damn I'm about to make Debra work hard and she only got 1 good foot. So Debra then brought me numerous boxes of different company's shoes. I tried on at least 12 that I can remember. I ended up after all that going with the Cloud Monsters and Cloud Swift. The monsters are really interesting to walk in. Anyway, Debra was awesome and the shoes so far so good. I can see why this place is the top 50 stores for shoes in the country.

I checked out all three shoe stores in the mall and definitely recommend this spot. The prices are all the same, but the quality of the store itself and the employees are top notch. Rashaud was the one who helped me and he was super nice and thoughtful, you could tell he cares about his customers. He was extremely friendly and helpful. My purchase included a men's sample kit that included quite a few vials of different colognes and some skin products. (By the way it was an awesome little kit with a great variety of products for only $15) When I finished my transaction Martin informed me of an opportunity to get a free facial. I've had a couple in the past and figured- what the heck...us guys need to look good too Martin walked me over to the Chanel counter and introduced me to Lana. She was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for today at 1 pm. PHENOMENAL is the best way to describe it!!! I had to remind myself that I was at Dillard's throughout the 50 mins or so session because I felt like I was in a 5 star spa. Lana was very knowledgeable and provided some great insights on my specific skin type and how to keep it looking great. The session and overall experience with Lana was truly spectacular! This was a good thrift store -- a bit more upscale than some of the others -- and prices are a bit…read morehigher, as well. Understandably as it is for a very good cause. It also is a bit bigger inside than you'd imagine from the exterior entrance. They obviously have some folks really researching price values as there weren't many bargains. That being said, if you've been searching for a specific item here and finally find it, then buy it. We saw quite a number of well-dressed ladies scoping out the gently used clothing. And happy with some of the name brands they were finding. I imagine this is on a route for the "ladies that lunch" to make the journey from West Palm to find a bargain. We didn't see anything for us, but that doesn't mean you wouldn't find something here. I'd still come back if in the area again.

Kim, one of the staff there is ALWAYS in a horrible…read moremood no matter what. each time we come here, she is always snappy, short tempered and has even snapped at her own coworkers in front of customers a few times. my mom and I are regulars here at this location, and it's always the same thing. we have even caught her overcharging us a couple of times and gets very sassy when it is pointed out. we love this place, but Kim makes it very hard to stay positive.
