WOW! I had an exceptional experience at this Dillard's and feel the need to share. My experience actually started yesterday when I made a purchase...Martin helped me out. He was extremely friendly and helpful. My purchase included a men's sample kit that included quite a few vials of different colognes and some skin products. (By the way it was an awesome little kit with a great variety of products for only $15) When I finished my transaction Martin informed me of an opportunity to get a free facial. I've had a couple in the past and figured- what the heck...us guys need to look good too Martin walked me over to the Chanel counter and introduced me to Lana. She was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for today at 1 pm. PHENOMENAL is the best way to describe it!!! I had to remind myself that I was at Dillard's throughout the 50 mins or so session because I felt like I was in a 5 star spa. Lana was very knowledgeable and provided some great insights on my specific skin type and how to keep it looking great. The session and overall experience with Lana was truly spectacular! Really awful service and extremely rude associate in lady's clothing department. I was not in this store for 5 full minutes before I was approached and insulted by a store employee telling me that there was nothing in my size in the department I was shopping in and to step across the aisle where the "bigger girls" shop. I immediately left and will not return. read more

The cosmetics department offers a free service through online booking, skincare. We booked a skincare session for a birthday party for an 11 year old girl and her friends. Dillard's personnel were wonderful. They had the Clinique presentation and the presenter, table setting, and gift bags were exceptional! Thank you, Dillard's read more

The store is not clean. The carpets need cleaning, they haven't even been vacuumed. The vestibule needs sweeping or vacuuming also. It is very disappointing to see a good quality store not taken care of this way. read more

Pretty standard Dillard's that is well laid out with some helpful employees. It consists of two levels in the Treasure Coast Mall with the top level dedicated to women's apparel. The first level is men's, kids, juniors and the perfume counter. I couldn't help but associate the smell when walking in the lower level to a Goodwill. Kind of awkward. The second level smells better though. The employees are friendly and quick to offer assistance if needed. The husband chairs aren't as comfortable as some stores but they do fine. read more

Dillards is for snobs. Bought a pair shoes wore them they were very uncomfortable wanted to take them back the very next day and they did not want to exchange for another pair or a different pair that was even more expensive. No I did not want money back I just wanted to have a pair of shoes that were comfortable, after realizing that the ones I bought were not. Bad customer service, bad business practice. Stupid Store Policy. In a word it sucks. Those days of the customer is always right are long gone for Dillard's. Gave them one star, but I actually would prefer to give zero stars. read more

June was AWESOME!!!! Went shopping for shoes and of course I was indecisive! After trying on about 12 pairs I finally made a decision. They have a huge selection of everything there but it's the typical department store. June, my shoe salesperson was so bomb. She was so patient with me. She was so pleasant. We wound up finding the perfect dress! On sale and it had an addition percent off at check out! I'm so very thankful they were able to help me out in a pinch! read more

They have Betsey Johnson jewelry and it's not picked over like every other department store that carries it. The people who work here are super nice and I think are really happy when they see someone helping the economy. Score for one Betsey ring and a cute pair of earrings that everyone loves for $10 on clearance. Yay. read more

I won't set another foot in this store which is a shame because they have a great MAC counter. Went today to return an item. Had to struggle in the door with a stroller as 2 associates chatted and watched me come through 2 sets of doors. Get to the department to return item and another 2 associates standing chatting, make eye contact, let me stand at the register for a few minutes until they were done and then one stroppy little old man comes to ask if I'm being helped. I said clearly not and he proceeded to bang around the computer and roll his eyes around before issuing me a receipt to take upstairs to wait yet again for somebody to give me a refund. I realize they aren't hiring from the Ivy League and are geared towards an older, slower market but the service is bad. Dullards. read more

Went to Dillard's with my siblings to look for homecoming clothes. When my little sister needed to use the restroom I jogged her there. Then was told by security that we were trespassing when the mall was still open. And was told if we didn't leave that he would call the cops and have us brought of the store. The guards obviously are very judgmental and rude due to our age. Due to this neither I or my family will ever go there again. Really disappointed. read more

Terrible service and RACIST EMPLOYEES I went with my sister in law yesterday to help her get the same foundation I had and loved it was the Estee Lauder double wear stay in place foundation there was no Estee Lauder employees at the desk and a woman in a white coat from Clinique appeared there to help us we asked if someone could color match my sister in law and she stated that she wanted a lighter skin tone because she likes to look a little bit lighter the lady screamed at my sister in law stating "you wanna look lighter? Well you're in the wrong country go to another country" we were shocked and did not know how to react mind you this lady had the worst attitude and she kept raising her voice at me A MINOR on MY BIRTHDAY and continuously making racial slurs about Hispanics in America I am extremely disappointed in the Dillard's employees I am never shopping here again THE EMPLOYEES ARE RACIST AND DISCRIMINATE FOREIGNERS read more

The worst customer service! The manager Tiffany was extremely rude and condescending. Jenny the cosmetics manager was rude, condescending and abrasive. It's really sad when your sales staff at the store was also saying how rude Jenny is. But, I'm not surprised at the service considering the manager isn't setting an example for her team. Don't fall for their sales tactics in offering $25.00 certificates for purchasing over $100 or more in fragrance, because when the time comes to redeem the certificate, they will not have the fragrances you're wanting to purchase. They will have to order the fragrance at the store at the regular price and you can't use your certificates. Tiffany told me I would have to come back to return the purchase and if the certificates are not expired, she'll make the adjustment. I purchased over $400+ plus in fragrances for Christmas gifts and to be treated with such horrible service was enough for me not to ever patronize this store. Customer service is key to every business, especially now with the economy going through a tough time. It takes one customer to loose 100 customers, because I will tell everyone about how my mother and I was treated. I would rather pay higher prices for customer service and order on line because at least Amazon and other online retailers stand by their products and return policies. Just like other retailers that are going out of business, Dillards will be next if they don't improve their customer service. My mother and I, ordered a lot of merchandise last year when retailers had to close up. I wanted to patronize local business, so the money can stay in our community, but I will not spend my money at retailers who treat their customers like they don't need our business. To add, the manager Tiffany walked up to my daughter and I, like we should have known her. She didn't introduce herself, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her, she didn't have on a name tag and appeared to look like she just rolled out of bed. Her appearance wasn't professional and I was actually shocked she was the manager. She didn't try to provide a solution or resolve our issue. We had to tell Tiffany how she should do her job as the manager. Also let me add that Jenny had told us that Tiffany is too busy to come down to resolve our issue. Basically it's okay to take your money and after that we don't care about resolving your issue. I don't have issues at Nordstrom or Saks when I drive to West Palm Beach to shop. I went to buy a formal dress for a wedding. I knew they didn't have the dress that I wanted in the store, but found one that I really liked on their website but didn't want to pay $400 for a dress without trying it on, so I called. I spoke to someone that agreed with me that I should try on a similar dress, maybe even something from the same designer to make sure the size was right. She assured me that she would be in the store all evening. I went in and went over to the section where they had dresses made by the designer I was interested in, but saw no sales associate. I didn't think anything of it at first, but after being there for 30 minutes, and still hadn't seen a sales associate I decided to call the store. I explained where I was in the store and that I was trying to try on dresses and the woman said "just stay there and someone will be right with you ". So I waited by the dressing room for an associate. After another 15 minutes I started to get a little heated. I noticed a young lady unwrapping plastic wrap from some clothes and assumed that she was probably a sales associate and maybe she just didn't see me. I went up to her and explained the situation and she said "yes ma'am, you can bring your things down here to try them on". Because apparently I was at the wrong fitting room. 2 fitting rooms? Who knew? Certainly not me.Not THAT big of a deal, but I have already walked around every department looking for someone to help me and now you want me to walk back to one dressing room to bring the dresses I picked out and carry them all the way down to the other dressing room instead of just opening the dressing room I was waiting at for 30+ minutes. Obviously they don't pay much attention to that section of the store. Very disappointed. Some help would have been nice. The only help I received was being told to help myself, and trust me, next time I will. Explains why stores are closing read more

Every single time I have shopped in this store I have had to search for a staff person to help me. Customer service at its worst. Recently I tried to buy a wedding gift. After a lengthy search I found someone who told me that no one was working in that department. I was told I could only purchase something that didn't need to be looked for. I went to Macy's. They obviously need to hire more staff. read more
