Furniture Furniture…read moreshopping is right up there with new car shopping and getting a root canal, which is a nice way of saying it sucks. Furniture stores are full of stuff - tons and tons of stuff and it takes some time to work your way through the "rooms" to narrow down what you need. Rooms-to-Go was no exception and we found ourselves wandering a bit - but with the assistance of the sale rep, we eventually managed to find a couch set that looked like it would work. There were optional pieces as well so we wanted to go back to the house to re-measure the space. Everything looked good and I went back to the store the next night and although there was a different sales person available, I was able to get the thing ordered and set up for delivery. At the same time, I saw a cool little piece for the kids room and got that going as well- they consider that a different part of the same store, so I had a different sales person for that. All in all a decent experience and no real issues. The delivery is in about 5 weeks - they were extremely up front about the backorder for the particular set we wanted - so when that is all settled, I will update. Parking front and back

The company wouldn't even send someone out to check it out. They bluntly told me " sorry, it's not our problem since you purchased the floor model we are not responsible thereafter" Absolute BS. They dont stand behind it because they know its S**t - makes sense! I can go on and on about the place and their shady salesman that starts with an S and ends em with an M - do yourself the favor and spend a little more money and go for City or Ashley!
