Currently there are 408 stores in 28 states, several of which are in Florida. Ollie's purchases company liquidations, overstocks, and older items that haven't sold, and resells them in their stores for a discount. You can expect to see name brand items. Ollie's sells a little of everything, cleaning supplies, garden items, books, toys, food, health and beauty, automotive, holiday decorations, home improvements, electronics, flooring, housewares, and so much more. I had previously shopped in the West Palm Beach and Delray stores and they were great for stocking up on hurricane supplies. THE SAGA CONTINUES On 3/29/25 I was forced to publicly…read moreexpress my discontent with Baers repair service. Shortly thereafter I was assured the problem would be resolved. On 4/14/25 a service tech arrived at my home with the wrong colored legs "again". I expressed my dissatisfaction and once again requested an order be placed for 16 legs for the sectional and 4 for ottoman in Harbor Gray so the dye lots matched. As an alternative solution the tech offered to paint the existing legs out on my driveway. On 4/14 Customer Relations (CR) said a mgr would call me. No Call! On 4/15 I was told the store mgr would call me. No Call! It's nearing one year since the problem began and I continue to get first line of defense reps apologizing and assuring resolution, which included a voicemail on 4/14 saying it's being worked on. I now ask that a person with authority confirm in writing that an expedited order has been placed for ALL legs in the correct color along with a delivery date. In addition I also ask Baers to provide some level of compensation for my time, inconvenience and frustration in the form of either a discount to current order or a credit toward future purchase. SIMPLISTICALLY, this all could have been avoided 10 months ago. I'm hoping for an expedient resolution
