Our experience working with them was excellent in terms of the caliber of cabinetry and countertops offered, creativity of design, and follow-up after installation. The store offered a high-quality selection of both cabinetry and countertops suitable for the outdoors. We had a certain tone of cabinetry in mind which was not immediately available; however, Schrapper's researched other options and found exactly what we wanted. The design of the kitchen was important to us, and our kitchen designer carefully incorporated our input and integrated his creativity to optimize the design. Review of the cabana design by the County required us to modify the layout of the cabana, and our designer immediately redesigned portions of the kitchen to comply with the County's requirements. Schrapper's also worked seamlessly with our appliance vendor to ensure appliances were properly incorporated into the design and installed alongside the cabinetry. Above all, Schrapper's worked diligently to ensure the kitchen was completed within the very tight timeframe imposed by our homeowners' association. In short, Schrapper's did an excellent job of creating an outdoor kitchen that we're proud of. From initial kitchen design to selection of materials and installation, we were happy with the service we received.

This company is OVERPRICED INSANELY - almost 8k…read morefor a 5 ft vanity space, it took them 4 months, never delivered as promised because they give you a "date" when the goods will be "in' do not assume the means IN your house!, I mean give it 2 weeks on both sides of ANY date for all the computer wok, scheduling etc. And if you think you will have ANY free time after the ordering, forget it, it changes weekly I am a cancer victim with a lot of doctor appointments and had to compromise my health to get a sink in my master bathroom!!! Bonine Tate (ugh) told me that since I had another powder room in my 1000 sq ft apartment that my finishing was "hardly considered an emergency" even though I had people coming in to care for me during my surgery that needed the other bathroom. The "finished product is NOT acceptable, they chinced on everything from the quartz thickness, to the baby-like faucet, to the home depot lighting to the NON_BEVELED mirror ( put up with gaps from the globs of glue used) when beveled was promised...She never even ordered beveled because when they were installing it the mirror company stated "oh, you coldn't have ordered beveled because we would have had to order that-m we don't do beveled" THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! ESPECIALLY BONNIE THE LIAR I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH, but I think the rest aren't any better

I did do an internet search after choosing my tile and the prices were the same. However, the fact that I had both Jenna and Amanda PATIENTLY helping me chose color schemes, sizes, and general decor decisions was invaluable to me. I'm an awful decision maker, especially with so many beautiful choices. Both Jenna and Amanda never made me feel rushed, nor ridiculous for my indecisiveness. The customer service was tested yet again when the beautiful shiny bathroom wall tile I selected had a "grip" (matte) tile for the floor of the shower and bathroom floor. They did not have a sample of this "grip" tile in stock but I assumed "how much different could it be?" (Famous last words lol.) when we received It, it looked like a completely different tile. They were also shocked when they saw it, immediately contacted the rep from the company who completely agreed and rushed me a substitute which worked perfectly. No time was wasted. I also chose a quartz countertop for the bathroom but beware.... There's about a thousand gorgeous options to chose from. Ok, I may be exaggerating that number, but not by much! Once again, Jenna and Amanda to the rescue. I'm madly in love with the selection they helped me choose. I have to give a special shout out to the fabricator, Felipe. He was such a joy to deal with. Without going into detail, after the template was made "I" personally made a mistake by changing some plumbing which meant changing the placement of the sinks. I never called and told him and when he brought the quartz to install it was cut wrong (again: MY FAULT.) I was literally in tears. Between Felipe and Amanda and Jenna, they all took pity on my, rushed the new fabrication and dropped a few small fees as a good will gesture. They did not have to do any of that because, to reiterate IT WAS MY DUMB FAULT! So.... The moral of the story is this: when you renovate your house there's going to be problems you cannot even fathom until they happen to you. We personally chose higher end ($$$$) plumbers electricians, kitchen cabinet manufacturer and installer, etc. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. It's not like we are paying extra money to have our a$$es kissed... we want things done correctly and if a mistake is made we want acknowledgment and to have it quickly resolved. This has not been the case with any of these professionals EXCEPT Bonnie Tile. I pray to all that is holy that I never do another whole house renovation. But I will not hesitate to use Bonnie Tile again, and will highly recommend this business to all of my friends.

We wanted it completely redone to make it easier to navigate as we age in place. Her team removed a large soaker tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. Since the installation came with a warranty, we contacted the owner, who promptly came out with his son to inspect the issue. While the initial service was great, the lack of follow-up for warranty repairs was disappointing.

But, once it was determined that it was a defective hub, he ordered a new hub and personally came back out to the house to set it up. All is going great now.
