My intro with them was through a nice lady called Goldy who answered the phone. She was polite and offered great customer service. She fit me in their schedule fairly quick. Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install. The crew that came in to install were also very respectful and efficient with the install. Highly recommend and thanks to the Shades West team for a job well done.

The day prior i was told that the work would be performed between 10 am and 2pm. I waited all day, no show. I got a call at 155 from a technician saying he would be there at 3 or later. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. My time is as vaulable as what Expert Shutters was going to charge me. i wasted an entire day waiting. It would have been nice for a heads up. Nope, i guess no once cares about customer service anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I visited Treasure Coast Window Fashions and met Joanne. The gallery is a must for a complete selection of their products. Their estimate, based on my measurements and bamboo choice from their books, was more than $1000 less than my decorator. Joanne and a colleague were able to visit quickly and were thorough and helpful once they saw my project area. Their bamboo blind and drapery samples were varied and we were able to match my color scheme 100% with a sample that was exactly my expected look. The installer agreed to visit and install the first shipment - my triple slider - even though my order was split. The back ordered window roller shades arrived a week earlier than reported and the installer was able to come the next day. I have only praise for TCWF.
