After graduating with a…read morebachelor's of science in architecture, I found myself wanting to take my expertise a step farther and dabble into the world of design, leading me into an internship for Francesca. So when it came time to build my new home, there was no question... I knew I wouldn't do it without her and her team. The process from the ground up took a little over a year, and Francesca was incredibly easy to work with throughout--always responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her eye for detail and close working relationship with my contractor made this new build efficient. My goal with this home was peace, happiness, and comfort. After losing my husband and leaving behind a large home on two and a half acres, I needed a space that felt like a fresh start without all the overwhelming decisions that a new build brings. Francesca delivered exactly that and more. One of my favorite parts of the home is the family photo wall; everyone who visits is drawn to it. It brings such a sense of warmth and story to the space. But what really stands out to me is how Francesca pushed me beyond what I thought I wanted. I never would have chosen a gold island on my own--it was completely out of my comfort zone. But she encouraged me to trust the vision, and respect the spaces needs, and that leap made all the difference. Now, that bold choice is one of my favorite features of the kitchen! Francesca's work is more than just design, it challenges you to grow in the best of ways, and that's exactly why I'd recommend her to anyone. They built me more than just a home, they created a space that feels like a true reflection of my current lifestyle, who I am now, and it's exactly what I needed. I'm glad that I trusted FMI Designs with my vision." -- Kim Zastenik, PGA Village

We wanted to make this house perfect, so we decided to hire a professional designer. But we had never hired an interior designer before, we were wondering whether it would work well... Ryan drove three hours to our house and met with us to explain how he was going to make our dreams come true. The moment we met, we liked him right away--a passionate young man who loves what he does and more important, cares very much about his clients. Ryan spent a lot of time talking to us to understand each of our character, hobby, favorite colors, etc. In less than 4 weeks, the style of each room, matching furniture and accessories came along nicely. And then everything was ready. Ryan drove hours to stage the house for us. At the end, he spent the whole day to stage the house for us and twit the angel of each table and chair just to make everything perfect. Once he finished, we looked at our house and feels like a piece of great art, and we couldn't be happier! While Ryan was so humble and thanked us to give him the opportunity to work for us... We are absolutely amazed by Ryan's work and teased each other that our house must have already increased 20% value because of such beautiful design! We have no doubt that Ryan will make each of his clients happy and enjoy his/her home more than ever! Ping & Ron

It's nearing one year since the problem began and I continue to get first line of defense reps apologizing and assuring resolution, which included a voicemail on 4/14 saying it's being worked on. In addition I also ask Baers to provide some level of compensation for my time, inconvenience and frustration in the form of either a discount to current order or a credit toward future purchase.
