He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We ordered the tiles and Deya and her crew arrived right on time and worked their magic. The tiles look great and the match is perfect. I figured that rather than find a carpet installer Id just go back to the company that I purchased it from. The first time I called, I left a message and didn't get an answer and I thought it was an oversight, so two weeks later I went into the store and worked with a salesman to have installer come out and restretch the hallway, again no contact. So now I call and ask for the operations manager and of course he doesn't answer and I left him a message. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I think I see a pattern here! They are great at taking your money but horrible after your money clears their bank.
