Phil called back, promptly, arrived when he said he would arrive and suggested we tile over the original because we had the depth and the new tile we had chosen was thin enough to be placed directly onto the existing floor (cutting down on the cost of an already reasonable estimate). He prepped the floor with a bonding agent and let that sit for a day, but cut the new tile floor to size while it dried. He arrived right on time the next morning, laid the tile and matched the grout perfectly, adding in a protective compound. His work is excellent, clean, accurate: he is a true master of hisIt looks like it was always there and not an after thought. I would highly recommend Phil.
