Just discovered the floor almond grout which you used in the kitchen for caulking between the backsplash and the quartz cab top has to be removed. Haven't figured out how to deal with space under cabinets where the backsplash ends. Also no solution for the lippage throughout the flooring, especially the Livingroom, dining room and kitchen. But the tile is a good color. Hope you find time if not to make it right at least acknowledge the job and that there were a "few difficulties".

We felt a warm welcome the moment we stepped into the store. We took home samples and returned within a few days to place an order. He even gave us a "friends and family" discount despite the fact that we were new customers. We were amazed that he called us within a week of placing the order to say he was ready to deliver the carpet. We live on the second floor of 2 story condo without an elevator. Derek not only brought the area rug up to our unit, he helped us lay out the area rug and took the old area rug away with the intention of donating it to Habitat for Humanity. We certainly will recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

We went to a few places to compare product and cost, and this was our best option by far. They have such a wide variety of items to choose from, and they were very flexible with the price for us. Eric was wonderful to work with and was very attentive through phone and email to help with any questions we had. Once the product was purchased, they had an install date for 2 weeks from the purchase date which was very reasonable. They use a third party for the installation. Gigi Duarte with Brazilian Best Tile & Marble was amazing!!! Her daughter Lulu and she were so attentive to our needs and wants and were very open with communication. We had 1 or 2 unplanned things happen when the old tile was being taken up, and because we didn't expect it, she did not charge us for the added labor. Her crew worked so hard for 5 days, transforming this home into something quite special and beautiful. I cannot recommend these companies more. Even if you just need installation, definitely go with Gigi, but if you need the whole package of tile and installation, look no further than Floors Direct in Stuart.

I met with Joe Sullivan and the price quoted was less per sq ft than the builder wanted for the tiles. He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We ordered the tiles and Deya and her crew arrived right on time and worked their magic. The tiles look great and the match is perfect. From start to finish the process was easy, the price was fair and the work is outstanding!
