One star because I wanted to spend money with a local shop but can't. I called at lunch time on a Monday, and by lunch time on Friday I've had no call back. No indication on their voice mail that they were closed for vacation or such. So I can only assume they don't check messages. I don't want to read more into this but if it matters, I contacted another local shop and heard back within hours. Needless to say, this other local shop now has my money. read more

This is my go-to place. Arthur is a great, friendly, and helpful guy. Within the past 18 months I've purchased a new Taurus G3C, Canik TP9, and S&W Sport 2 from him at fair prices. I've used him for two FFL transfers @ $40 each. I feel bad transferring but sometimes the savings just works out in the buyer's favor on new goods or you have no choice when buying a used one In fact, I won't purchase from sellers that don't list Gun Runners as a FFL transfer. There's another ship closer to me that I could use...but the owner, Chuck, has been nasty to several people, the selection is limited, prices are high, service is spotty and the transfer is $55. If you're in Jupiter or Tequesta, this is where you want to go. read more

The shop is in the very middle of the 'L' shaped shopping center. I was picking up an order. The owner waited on me and was as nice as could be. After I filled out the paperwork, I looked at other items. I asked him questions that probably showed my unfamiliarity, but he was patient and informative. I recommend this shop if you need to ask information and want to be treated respectfully. I would think it's great for the well-informed, as well. read more

I bought a handgun from him in January, which I knew was a bit high. I specifically asked about him communicating via email because he did not have the ammo. 4 emails later, and 2.5 months later, and I still have not heard about the ammo. So I have yet to fire it. So I asked about the return policy, so I can go buy something else with range ammo. He did respond to that real quick saying he accepts no returns. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the overall service. If excellent communication is what you are looking for, go elsewhere. read more
