Honest pricing bring some more stuff in to have praise but the gentleman that works there is very knowledgeable

Billy was great!!! He gave me a way better price than Cash American! He was very polite and friendly! I will definitely come back!!!!

So once again, I needed a repair done on my wife's wedding ring and asked the owner Paul if he could fix the stone that was loose? He said, "sure we can repair that". Since I was going in for the repair, I thought I would bring along an old link necklace if mine that was sitting in a jewelry box for the past 20 years and see what Prestige Pawn on Indiantown rd in Jupiter would give me for it? To my surprise, I found out it was 14k gold, it was silver in color, so I didn't know? I was so happy with what I got for it, due to it being gold, I wanted to write this review. If you have unworn jewelry like I did, that was just sitting in a jewelry box, you need to take it to Prestige Pawn. You will be very happy, just like I was. They are honest, have a great selection, and will make you a believer in what a Pawn Shop should be like. See Paul or Sarah they are awesome! read more

The weirdest experience ever was looking to purchase a nice watch, was greeted very rudely twice in the same week by the same balled heavy set white male very biased demeanor. I called the establishment earlier in the day on May 2nd, Paul said come so I came. I arrived at their store front 40 minutes before closing , and the same tall balled white heavy set male has a terrible attitude. Went there with cash money , very disappointed don't waste your time with this jewelry shop. read more

I've been going to the store off and on for many years. I don't consider it "just a pawn shop" I consider it a place with honest owners who know their trade and know it well. I always find quality jewelry and other merchandise. The owners are uniquely qualified at appraising Jewelry as well as other valuables. I will continue to go here with the utmost of confidence knowing I will always get a fair and equitable deal every time! read more

I went in with a friend who is looking for an engagement ring. I heard they had a beautiful selection. This was an understatement. Prestige has an extensive collection of jewelry including quality diamonds . After speaking with the owner I found out that they regularly purchase jewelry from individuals looking to liquidate their assets. It makes perfect sense to purchase better quality at a lower price, in this case an engagement ring. Beautiful store and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. read more

Paul was so helpful and patient with me. I was treated very well and learned a few new things. I recommend coming to Paul if you have some jewelry you need to sell, he is fair and is willing to explain the whole process from beginning to end. I also saw some really nice jewelry in there as well to buy, for when I am ready to purchase new pieces. Hats off to you! read more

Every time I step into this place, it feels like in entering a secret little treasure grove. They have quite a variety of beautiful and unique jewelry, fit for every occasion, and you really cant beat the price. The last time I came in, I needed a small gold chain to hold a sentimental pendant. The man that helped me was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared that I was getting what I needed. He was very knowledgable, and was even able to tell me details about my own pendant. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I also liked the fact that they had a collection of purses, ranging from affordable little clutches to name brand totes. read more

I couldn't have asked for kinder, more helpful service. This store has a beautiful selection of current and vintage jewelry, electric guitars, and designer (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc) bags and luggage. A great place to revisit frequently for their unique collection and friendly staff. read more

I have been a customer for a while, my mother was a long time customer and we love this place. We have purchased many amazing items at very low prices. They do give you better deals if it is a cash purchase so bring cash. Be warned they are more closer to a jewelry store than a traditional pawn shop so if your looking for amazing jewelery they have it, if you are looking for tools not so much. Btw I was able to buy my first Rolex from them with their layaway. read more

Stopped by Prestige Pawn looking for old coins to help my 10 year old son who has just started coin collecting. Jack, the owner, and another employee were very helpful and even suggested other places to buy coins! Absolutely great customer service and an incredible jewelry selection. This is not a typical pawn shop! Well worth a visit read more

I went in to try and sell a nice quality stereo system. The first thing that they told me was that since I'm a new customer, they were going to low ball me. I understand that they need to make their money but how are you ever going to get any new customers if you tell them that they are going to get a really low amount. I even lowered my asking price. They proceeded to find the lowest listed price on ebay and offered me an offensive amount. I will never do business with them unless you're a returning customer. Bad business. read more

They have always been there to help out my husband and I. Always there when you need them and they give you great and reasonable prices. They also have awesome staff! We highly recommend them. read more

I have been dealing with prestige pawn for many years. they are the most trusted, honest establishment I have encountered, nothing less than 5 stars. Paul and the staff are polite ,courteous ,and professional, most importantly understanding that the economy and times get tough, we all need someone to lean on sometimes. read more

I can not believe my experience!! My goal was to sell or replacement a loss diamond earring. This is an owner owned and operated business so the gentleman I was speaking with happened to be the owner. He sold me a loose diamond for what I know was half price. We decided to order a matching setting so that I would have a matching pair. He called me a few days later to let me know the setting I had in my original earring was no longer available and the one that came in did not match. It was much larger and better. He then informed me (without me asking any questions) he would be ordering a second setting and transferring my diamond. (so everything matched!) I almost ran off the road when he told me there was NO additional cost to me. As the setting was more than half my original bill. He sent me pictures just to OK everything. I ended up with two new settings basically a brand new pair of diamond earrings!!!! My cost never went up and service was unbelievable, from the moment I walked in the door it was an absolute wonderful environment. I honestly would not have walked into a "pawnshop", if I wasn't trying to replace a rouge diamond earring. I was shocked to see brand new Chanel bags, Tiffany vintage pens, and a the necklaces!!! It is Prestige Pawn, but could double a princess palace! Check it out!!!! read more

It was a wonderful experience. They were very knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. I will definitely visit them again.

both my engagement and wedding rings were purchased at presige pawn. the set is breathtaking. jack and paul are awesome. they patiently worked with us until we found rings i could not live without. i can honestly tell you we never thought we would find such fabulous rings within our budget. you must pay this place a visit before you head to the big name jewelry stores. they have a wide selection and are continuously receiving new luxury items. read more

If you're looking to get as little for your jewelry as would be paid out by other jewelers?Go to Prestige and talk with Paul.He bought a 20 yr old wedding band stolen from my wife by my 18 yr old daughter for $100 and if I didn't pay him $370 to get it back or have her arrested he was going to melt it down.I'm sure anyone can understand that profit in business is paramount, but so is understanding a bad situation that you're involved in and word of mouth for future business. Its obvious they low ball on the buy side when they paid her $100 and over charge on the sell side when I had to buy it back from him for $370.. read more

This place is unlike any pawn shop I've been anywhere. It is very tranquil and clean! They specialize in high quality goods UNLIKE most places that looks more like a combo thrift shop and a gun store. If you need liquidity and have nice jewelry, watches, instruments, high end women's purses, paintings, and electronics, this is the place to go. More importantly, the people who run this place are honest, legitimate and friendly people that provide great customer service. In addition, if you need to buy good quality items, then come here in addition to the high end jewelry and watch stores that you would frequent in the malls. Instead of paying retail, you will get a great deal. read more
