Unfortunately I was dating a loser that stole them when we broke up. I didn't notice until some time later and it was too late to find them in pawn shops. Fast forward a few decades. I now have kids and when they started losing teeth and the Tooth Fairy brought them something it would be foreign coins. I didn't want to have some value that went higher with age. I knew some parents that were giving their little kids $5-25 per tooth! My kids got something more special. They each had a coin collection, a little at a time, brought to them from the Tooth Fairy. Now they are older and I'm back into collecting my own coins. I am loving this one from GSI Exchange. It is a gorgeous coin, comes in a clear protective case and even has a stand for it. I know some people collect coins for the value. To me the value is how pretty, unique, rare and different they are. I just like them to have them, to share when company is over. I'm excited about this new one that I am adding to my collection. I'm going to have to research to understand the picture on the back with the '9999' number, and, of course, share it with my kids.

For years it was a staple in St Lucie County but over time people discovered that they are not as honest as they say they are. Please be very careful here..... I purchased a simple necklace for under $20 a few weeks ago. By no fault of theirs, my chain broke so I went in to see how much a repair would cost. I approached the sales person as I always do, with a smile and friendly attitude in hopes of the same attitude in return. Not here sadly. The girl had obviously taken an immediate dislike to me which happens to me a lot because I happen to have big boobs and females just can't handle it sometimes ( whatever- immature jealously -so sad ). Anyway she told me that it would cost $40. to have it repaired. Huh ?? The necklace cost less than $20. brand new from this very store. She quickly added that she has a "coupon" for $30. off so it would only be $10. I thought to myself how stupid that entire statement sounded ?!?! Had she told me $10. in the first place I would have had it repaired right then and there however, I felt she was playing games after that. I mean, It was such a dumb statement to make which immediately triggered me. As if I am some idiot who thinks I'm getting a fantastic deal because of a coupon that YOU made. Just a silly sales strategy as you waste more of my time . So, instead of having it repaired just yet I was curious how much she was going to try and charge me for the same necklace I just bought two weeks ago so I inquired. She made a big production out of it as she went through the motions of checking a price. Finally she said $80. $80 ???? Are you kidding me ?? She told me that the cost of silver has gone up. Oh ok, well considering she had NO IDEA when I purchased the original necklace, her excuse (lie) was not valid. So what she was telling me was that the price of silver had quadrupled in 2 weeks !! I know prices are going up but that's quite a price jump . It is more like a company attempting to scam a local who has been in town longer than them and knows the games they play. It is a known fact that the owner of this place is huge scammer around town. He thinks because he has been here so long that everyone will trust him. If you are new to Port St Lucie, you wouldn't know so consider yourselves warned. In retrospect, it was my error to begin with. I knew better than to deal with them but gave them a chance anyway. My error. I should have gone to Paramount Pawn or Wild Side Pawn both of which have amazing prices with the added bonus of no silly games, drama or jealously.
