The staff at Provident Jewelers always amaze me. I went in today because my watch stopped working. I thought it needed a new battery. But upon inspection, the battery that was running in the watch had popped out of place. At first glance, it appeared that the battery would not stay in place. After a few minutes of fiddling with it, the very capable jeweler was able to seat the battery and get my watch running again. Now, time is l money and I wanted to pay for the fix of my watch. They would not accept a dime. This is the second time this has happened to me at Provident. Great customer service I would highly recommend Provident for all your jewelry needs. read more

I went in to get a new watch I purchased elsewhere sized to my wrist and Kyle was great. He was very helpful, kind and welcoming. After sizing my watch he showed me all the features on the watch and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. It was a great experience working with him. read more

Ari at Provident Jewelers in Jupiter was super helpful and knowledgeable when making an appraisal of silver!

Let me start by saying that we've been clients of Provident Jewelry for about 10 years, working with Jannie and Seth for all our jewelry pieces! We got my eternity ring some years ago and need it to be resized. We thought we need to add another diamond at least, but surprise! Today I got my ring back and was no charge! They were able to resize the ring without adding another diamond and they did all this work free! I am blown away, honestly! read more

Provident Jewelry - Amazing work - Jewelry Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

A high-end watch store, but nothing really compelling for the gentleman. It's an aesthetic thing. Lots of pricey watches, but nothing one might really wish to buy. If you have a Swiss watch, they also offer a repair service. If your watch is not Swiss, they may not repair it. Apparently it is difficult getting, e.g., Seiko parts. Peeps are nice enough, but the fact that they are reluctant to assist with your watch repairs unless the watch in question yodels and eats fondue makes them less than fully useful. read more

Found Provident online looking for high end watch repair. Went to WPB location and was immediately met by Dan when I walked in. He and team added a missing pin to my watch band, cleaned my watch, and sent me on my way - no charge! Dan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and was eager to help. While I waited, I walked around the store and was very impressed with the selection of gold and diamonds and became more impressed when I learned a little about the company history and their various locations, etc.... A company like that can only be built on exceptIonal products, integrity, and customer service. I look forward to returning to the WPB location again and again to buy jewelry going forward. read more

I put 4 pieces of estate jewelry on consignment. When I decided to take back 2 pieces, because I got sentimental, I noticed my necklace was on sale for $8000.00 more than what they offered to give me for the piece if it sold. I decided I wanted my bracelet back and Julie almost broke it because she would not let go of my bracelet. She did not want me to see what they were selling it for. And she wouldn't give me my bracelet unless she took the price tag off. This is pure greed and a huge red flag! I can not wait to pick up my remaining jewelry on consignment. They just lost an unsuspecting very wealthy client. I recommend going to another jeweler for your needs. read more

Provident Jewelry is a fabulous fine jeweler. Their selection is vast and the quality is excellent. They also do remarkable work of custom design/creation. I recently collaborated with Mateo at Provident Jewelry Jupiter to custom design for me a piece to gift my son(s) using a meaningful heirloom as material for part of the project. Through the eyes of the professional, Mateo was able to sketch me an image that met my exact wishes. He then crafted and designed for me an item that exceeded all of my expectations! His level of detail and firsthand years of knowledge is superior. I am beyond thrilled with the custom project that Provident Jupiter created for me. It is a keepsake that will remain in my family forever. The finish product is outstanding. It was an honor to work with Mateo and Provident Jewelry! I highly recommend them! read more

Just had my second disaster with provident. First one. I was trading in a piaget necklace for another piece. I paid $8,000 for the necklace at piaget. Provident gave me $1,000 towards another piece. Said no one would want the puaget. A few weeks later they had my piaget necklace in the case as new jewelry not estate. I asked why and they wouldn't answer and got nervous. I asked how much they were selling it for and they wouldn't tell me. The second problem. The piece (ring) I bought was supposed to be sized. When I picked it up it was tight. They said I chose the size. And it was fine. Yesterday I took it to another jeweler and it had never been sized. It was a full size less than all my other rings. Buyer beware read more

Julie Rutter at Provident Jewelry in Jupiter was awesome. She did such a good job in finding the perfect diamond for us. The whole place is a great experience. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar while picking up our ring. They made us feel very welcome. Most importantly, they beat everyone's pricing by a substantial amount. We shopped around a lot and no other place could come close to the quality and prices they provided. read more

While I do not live in Jupiter or even close to for that matter (I'm in SC), I will not shop anywhere else especially when it comes to watches. The customer service level at Provident exceeds any other jeweler I've ever shopped with. I also fully trust Matteo when it comes to purchasing from afar and ensuring the quality of the piece is perfect. Thank you for always taking the very best care of us! read more

After being highly recommended from our close friends, we met with Seth at Provident. Since we live out of state we were only able to meet him once then did everything via text, phone, and email. During our initial meeting he was insightful, diligent, creative, and professional. He helped us figure out and design exactly what we wanted. Following our initial meeting, Seth sent us photos, videos, and digital mock-ups. He was always quick to respond and answer questions prior to sending us the final product. The ring is stunning. We are so grateful for such a positive experience and over the moon with the quality and beauty of my ring! Thank you Seth and we look forward to working with you again! read more

As a business owner myself, I wish I knew this person's name. Because this one-star rating reflects the treatment, she provided me with over the phone. Instead of understanding my disappointment as a customer, she persistently coached me all the way. I started kindly by asking, can you please check on my order? I was told it would be done by the end of Monday, it is Thursday afternoon, and I haven't heard from anyone. First, I was told we don't have anything under your name, then there was an explanation nobody said it would be done this past Monday, but probably the next Monday. Next, I was told it was the system fault that it didn't register the job correctly until Monday, and then it was that other person fault that they didn't put a note in the system until Monday, so nobody was aware of the job and when it was supposed to get done. Finally, I was reminded that maybe I should never come back there if I am so disappointed. And I was told I could speak to one of the owners if I wanted to. But the way it was said, it was evident that there were no consequences for her actions and words. Maybe she doesn't appreciate the job she has or clients like me who simply called to check on their order. This experience and customer service were nowhere close to excellent as their recording states when you are put on hold. I hope other people are treated with kindness and understanding. read more

I love this place! Best repair/jewelry store in Florida as far as I am concerned. Jose who works creating fine jewelry and performing excellent repairs is beyond reproach when it comes to the expertise of his work and to his customer service relations, a finer gentleman you will never find! If you are concerned about getting a fair price for jewelry or want to buy precious jewelry at a fair price you can't go wrong at Provident Jewelry. read more

Wow! An amazing selection of new and estate watches and jewelry. I wouldn't consider having my jewelry repaired or appraised anywhere else!

DON'T SELL YOUR GOLD/JEWELRY HERE. They grossly undervalue your items. I took an old $5 Gold Indian-head Coin Pendant w/Necklace there to sell. They only offered $200 for it. Not even close to its esthetic value or even gold melt value. Took it a few doors down to Jupiter Jewelry and they offered me $551, a fair price, more than double of what Provident offered. read more

Provident has an expertise in repairing Swiss watches. I brought them a watch that started condensating inside due to a bad battery replacement. Provident replaced the gasket, battery and turned back time on the watch so that it looked new. My husband was very pleased with their handiwork. We'll entrust them with our more intricate watch service next time. read more

My fiance purchased my engagement ring through Provident Jewelry, after being highly recommended by his family that lives in the area. We live up in northern Georgia, so traveling to Jupiter to pick out an engagement ring would have been suspicious to me and may have ruined the surprise. However, my fiance said that Matt was great to work with. My fiance sent him pictures of what he wanted and Matt made it more beautiful than we could have imagined. From the top it looks like a common engagement ring. When you look at it from the side, you see a beautiful and intricate filigree that I am obsessed with. He even shipped my ring to my fiance so he didn't have to go pick it up in Jupiter. The customer service from this company was outstanding and my ring was quite reasonable, considering how much rings can cost. Very pleased with my ring! read more

Not from Jupiter, not even from Florida. I went into Provident to get a necklace clasp replaced or fixed. I assume the gentleman who helped me was the owner, who was fantastic. He replaced the clasp, since he had one. He did it on the spot, Noticed the chain seemed "dirty"and he cleaned it, then cleaned all my jewelry I had on.I asked if he had a jewelry box for a gift to my niece. He came back with a wooden box in perfect condition, fully padded. End result, necklace fixed and cleaned, jewelry cleaned and box received . ATTITUDE fantastic, considering the other jewelry stores I've had to visit in Jupiter and in Greater Boston, this was a JOY. You are nuts not to at least stop by. read more

I have to agree with all the other reviews. I stopped in to inquire about a deployment clasp for my Breitling Galactic 36. Although I decided to keep my original buckle on the watch, they offered to clean my earrings and bracelet for free. They also offered coffee or cappuccino. Very upscale jewelry store with down to earth staff. The two ladies working there this morning made my day. I will definitely be returning. read more

Been going to Provident Jupiter for years! Great crew! Happy and friendly staff! The owner Seth is a class act. He gave my wife and I nearly double the money for a ring that we were told by a reputable jeweler in NYC wasn't worth nearly half. This is just one experience with Provident. They are trustworthy and honest and we will never go to another jewelry store again. Heard the west palm beach store was good too! read more
