They were left with Elizabeth of Angelo's who stated she would call me with repair costs. I received a phone call from Elizabeth about 10 days later and she stated the following: The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones clasp was broken. Elizabeth of Angelo's informed me that the clasp would have to be replaced and I would receive a "credit" for the broken on. The open links bracelet would not close properly. Elizabeth stated this was a minor issue and there would be no charge. I went to pick up my bracelets on August 4. The heart shaped bracelet with 7 stones "new" clasp did not close tightly. I immediately brought that to Elizabeth's attention who stated "the gap is not big enough" to cause any concern. Then she went stated how the clasp had cost more than she had stated because the price of gold went up. I made it clear it was not acceptable. It appears the original clasp was simply repaired and not replaced as stated. I was told the replacement cost was $130.00. The open link bracelet still did not close properly. It actually was worse. Elizabeth than informed me the cost to repair would be $44.00. It was supposed to be no charge. At this point, I realized the merchant was not reputable and just wanted my bracelets and to get out of the store. I paid the $181.90 only in order to get my bracelets back. I made it clear to Elizabeth I was not a satisfied customer. She made no attempt to fix the problems. Within 4 days of wearing the 2 bracelets they both fell off my wrist at different times. Luckily, I was in my home and was able to retrieve them. Neither can be worn after the damage Angelo's did to them. If I could give this business a minus -10 I would. BEWARE and take your business elsewhere.

I didn't curse at them or raise my voice or do anything to incite that, I was just trying to have a conversation and then the overweight Indian man behind the workbench literally started cursing me out. We were under the impression that the earring was created by them and thought a matching earring could be made. They told him to send them $500 and they would try to match the earring. It couldn't be matched, they couldn't "find" a match anywhere, so my husband chose a pair of gold Claddagh earrings. They did not cost $500 and when my husband asked for a refund of the balance, he was denied. Nancy, the Manager, told him he would have to come into the store and make a purchase because they don't give refunds. We live in PA now, so that wasn't possible. My husband said that he purchased a lot of jewelry from them when we lived in Stuart and Nancy said he only spent $250. I have a jewelry box with quite a bit of jewelry from this store, so maybe it was only "worth" $250.00, but he spent a lot more than that. He bought estate jewelry, a diamond wedding band (which cost more than $250.00) , a few emerald pieces, earring and pendent sets, rings and bracelets. Nancy was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending, denied the refund and said she didn't care if we gave them a bad review because they have lots of customers and didn't need our business and hung up on him. The "store policy" should have been explained before we gave them $500 and it was not. We trusted them because my husband did business with them for over 15 years.
