Shows as "open," but when you walk up you're completely ignored even though you can clearly hear people inside. If you don't look like you're about to drop thousands of dollars, they treat you like you don't exist. The employees are unprofessional, more interested in gossiping behind the counter than actually helping customers. Walking in here feels like you're inconveniencing them instead of being valued as a client. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. read more

My first time visiting this place today. They are without a doubt, the most professional shooting store I've ever been in. The staff was the best of the best .. the selection was the best of the best .. I'm a Disabled Veteran and they treated me like royalty. There will be many more visits and many more purchases from this store in the future. I've finally found a place that has great pricing and a great selection of firearms. My most sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone here. You will never be forgotten. May you have the greatest Holiday Season ever. read more

I have been going to Palm Beach Shooting Organization since they first opened. Mario ( the owner) as well as the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They carry a large array of firearms new and used at very reasonable prices. If there's something that you are looking for but don't see it on display... just ask and if it's available, they will order it for you. They have very reasonable transfer fees as well for those who prefer to shop online. Need ammo? This is the place to go as they carry a large assortment of ammo ranging from handgun, rifle, shotgun to rimfire. They provide gunsmith services as well. Whether you simply want to change out the furniture on your AR-15, or are looking to upgrade the trigger on your EDC piece ... they have you covered. All accessories and optics are priced competitively as well. They are a one stop shop for all of your firearm needs. read more

shops nice and very clean, that does not make up for the fact most of the employees seem to hate their job or that you are inconveniencing them. I've tried to use them for smaller things due to them being local but I regret it every time. read more

During a recent visit to this relatively new public facility, I really enjoyed my day at this range. I shot trap and a rifle at the 100 yd range. Range Safety Officers we're adequate in number and the firing line is protected from the hot sun and inclement weather Needs: to grow their shotgun business, they need to hire more staff familiar with clay shooting. They do rent Berettas in 12 and 20 gauge but we're clueless when I asked about the LOP and how the chokes were set. read more

Horrible experience seeking new CC. They were unhelpful, and obviously trying to push a handgun that was clearly the same size as my VP 9, when I specifically told them I preferred smaller frame for every day carry. Had 2 or three I wanted to discuss and all they did was circle back to their desired sale, offered discount etc etc. First time there, wouldn't consider returning. KR read more

The have an amazing variety of inventory and are super helpful and insightful. Love supporting local businesses

Bought a very expensive Volquartsen Black Mamba yesterday. They represented the gun as new. Got it home and it was fired significantly more than the test rounds the manufacturer would have fired it. It was also missing multiple parts, including a wrench to take down the comp and a vial of multicolor fiber optic front sights. Not only that, this $1300 allegedly "new" gun had 45 malfunctions on the first range outing. NOT HAPPY! read more

Do not attempt a transfer. When my transfer arrived on 4 April they were completely shutdown and the firearm was returned with a stiff restocking fee. read more

Back about a month ago I was desperately trying to get my hands on a Sig MPX K. Searching on FlGunTrader PBSO listed one so I immediately called and told them I'd be there in 2-3hrs to buy. Upon entering the staff was very friendly. I didn't walk out with the MPX K, rather I walked out with the new B&T SPC, and couldn't be happier. Mario wasn't your typical salesman. My man went through everything he knows about the manufacturer and didn't spit BS about the 1K questions I asked he couldn't answer. I will absolutely make the 1h30 drive from Pines to go deal with them again. read more

the staff is friendly, fair and consistent. their service exceeds expectations. hands down the best gun shop in south florida by far.

I had 10 handguns transferred to PBSO from NY in June, handguns that I had inherited from my father. Shortly thereafter I went into the shop, paid the transfer fees/expenses and told them I was not sure what I wanted to do with the guns yet. I called several months later and was told they were sold. I went in today to inquire about what happened with the guns. I was handed a white unmarked envelope. I said "hold up, let's back up, what's that for one." Thirteen hundred in cash I was told. I asked about how that happened as I never agreed to sell, nor to a price. Never signed a thing. I asked for the paperwork. I was then cursed at and kicked out. I have been a licensed attorney in NY and FL for decades, and my father (dec) was in law enforcement for 40 years; I'm a little familiar with the right & wrong ways to do things. Even if I am totally wrong and he had the right to sell them, he could show me no paperwork, what was the price, what was PBSO's cut, why cash in an envelope? Seems sketchy but I could not get to the bottom of it as I was cursed at and kicked out. read more
