they are over priced- rarely find bikinis priced for less than 60-70$- for outdated styles you find on the brands website for 50% off. Please lookup the bikini you purchase online before shopping here- it's a great place to try on bikinis but not buy since they do this- get the better deal online get the fit in person! They have a decent selection of clothing- I see they usually stick with the same brands- and over price them you can find the same brands online for cheaper than they sell in store 90% of the time- And when you do see stuff there they sell out of season bikinis from swimsuit brands for 50$ for a top and bottom that are on the actual websites for 25 a piece. They sell outdated swimsuits for full price. I have seen multiple times online shopping here with -kuhlani- maui- brands I can't get over the fact that their cameras look like they can see into the fitting rooms. This place should maybe be checked out bc of these cameras.. it made me so incredibly uncomfortable- The employees are always very nice and helpful. Great staff- I would recommend them getting 100% sterling silver jewelry though Seeing as a lot of surfers come through if your jewelry is not 100% sterling silver it will start to tarnish. I was disappointed that they did not sell any 100% sterling silver rings or jewelry. read more

It said online they were open until 7:00 pm but they started kicking people out at 6:40. The store was full of customers who all processed to line without buying anything. If this is how this business is run, they definitely need some more competition. This gives Jupiter Florida a terrible look. read more

These folks were more than accommodating and wonderful to work with. I am visiting from California but staying in Boca Raton. When I called to reserve for the next day, the guy on the phone told me not to pre- pay and wait to call/ come the next morning as weather had been iffy. When I arrived they even outfitted me with a carbon paddle as I am an experienced paddler. The paddle boards were in great shape; they took the time to show you the routes and explain local fish in the water. And even the best part is their retail store which has a huge assortment of beachwear and accessories. I had bought a ton of stuff and forgot my vinyl stickers and he went across the street to Guanabanas to bring them to me! Great staff and highly efficient! I'll be back and highly recommend you rent here! read more

We had the best time! We arrived about 9am when they opened. Super easy check in and getting started. We rented a tandem kayak for 2 hrs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Once we walked down to the water they guys got us in and explained where we may have time for and where to check out. Once in the water we had a great time. After we went into the shop and grab some jewelry. Definitely coming back and next time for a paddle board. read more

I purchased all my paddle boarding equipment from Blueline and they were very knowledgeable and helpful during the process, the selection was good and I ended up with the one that was ideal for me.Their clothing and swimsuit selection and some locally designed products makes it great for gift purchasing too, all items are of the outmost quality and cool new things always. Their rental services are great, I alway bring my family and friends here if they don't have their own paddles, the guys at the dock are helpful and wonderful every time, Guanabanas is right there to grab a meal or a drink after a fun paddle or kayak session. Rented tandem kayaks - $50 for 2 hours. We actually went 2x before, made reservations at 3pm on the weekend, and we were unable to go because it was too windy. We were finally able to kayak the third try because we made a reservation for 10am. I guess the winds aren't as strong in the morning typically. It's nice out in the morning, we noticed there were more boats out starting around 11am. 2 hours gave us enough time to get to the lighthouse and back with 20 mins to spare... and we are beginner/intermediate kayakers :) read more

Love this place! Second time visiting. Today I took an Ecotour with Jay. An hour and a half on a paddleboard on a beautiful day, what else could you ask for! Jay was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife which made the experience more fun! He also provided some expert tips to keep me on the board and going in the right direction lol! This stop made me wish I didn't have a desk job and spend so much time in front of this keyboard.... a return to my youth on SoFlo beaches. As I love my life and all the great things I get to do, I so wished for the beach bod to fit into the many cute items on the racks. There were so many choices that just aren't "correct" for my life in an office. I have to equate this shop to sensory overload with more to see at every turn. To top this off, the "dudes" behind the counter were so cool and personable. I didn't see them leave their post (behind the counter) but they were very entertaining. Although I wasn't in the market for surf merchandise, this was a great stop and I'd go again when I return to Jupiter. Happy shopping! read more

Shout out to Jeramie Vaine, for a great SUP paddle class. I have been stand up Paddle boarding for over 5 years. I am training for the Key West Paddle Classic in October. With the pointers and tips given, I will be able to take my long distance Paddle skills to the next level. All proper safety gear was used and much knowledge was acquired in a short time. I was also shown techniques to avoid common injuries like strained shoulders. Props to the shop "groms" for great service. Blueline is a REAL surf shop with all you need to get equipped for the water. ( Most shops just have a few boards on the wall with t-shirts and flip flops). May I say great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I booked a paddle board tour for 20 of my family members yes, 20; mostly beginners, could you imagine touring with 20 paddle board beginners!!!! ( yikes): just know it isn't easy! Our tour guide was Julie, she was super nice, very accommodating, experienced, and laid back. Wendy who booked the tour over the phone was awesome along with the two guys that got everyone paid and waivers signed! Thank You All, my group was very large; I suggest assigning two tour guides for such a large group it was hard to keep everyone together and we didn't really get to sight see and enjoy the entire inlet as we had hoped. I would def go back, the boards were very nice, the process was easy, the area designated for paddling was Awesome! read more

What we liked: good location and decently price rentals What we didn't like: maybe today was an off day, but our service was subpar. It was me and my partners first time paddle boarding and we wanted guidance on the area and getting started. They weren't really helpful at all and so I was basically guessing which direction we should head (and I'm generally aware that different areas would give you different experiences). We took a route towards the ocean but there was way too much boat traffic. I felt like had they guided us more we would have had a more confident and enjoyable experience. I let the shop front people know, they were nice and apologized but for $60 dollars worth of rentals, I'm not highly motivated to come back and give them another shot. read more

Its a wonderful store, beachy of course. My go to as a local for my Olukai's. Great dudes and dudettes running the store. We come cup here with visiting family to shop, they SUP, we visit Guanas. Very convenient. The SUP grounds are perfect, nice cove. Good view from the bar, where you can pretend to care that YOU wish you were SUPing. Ive done it. Its an incredible workout. read more

Was having lunch across the street and saw this surf shop. They have the cutest private label stuff. Bought a couple of super soft kids tees ($22 each) and a cropped camo windbreaker - perfect for the random rain storms this time of year in FL. Took my daughter to BS&P for the Tuesday night paddle board race. It was our very first time going. The people running it were super friendly and very accommodating. Totally worth it. We will be returning as repeat business. I plan on purchasing apparel and accessories here regardless if I'm paying retail prices. Totally knarly dude. We decided to jet thru the Blueline Surf & Paddle Shop as we hopped around between the nearby bar-restaurants. They have a large inventory of SUP boards, surf boards both long and short. They have all the sun loving, water centric, clothing optional (LOL) paraphernalia. They even have Yucalalies! Double date night was a success! We enjoyed a lovely paddle session on the water with beautiful scenery and tons of fun! We loved the surf shop at Blueline surf & paddle. This place was awesome. Such a pretty trail to go paddle boarding. They gave us an hour and it was just enough time for us to go slowly & enjoy the view. We went from 5-6pm so it was perfect weather right before sunset. Even the surf shop was great! read more

Great little surf shop- which is a must stop shop for us every year we are here. I love their clothing- always deals on T-Shirts- which are super comfortable. The staff was friendly and it was nice that you can fill out the waivers for the rentals online ahead of time. However, I was disappointed that the staff wasn't wearing any masks. There was a sign on the door that says facial coverings required. Overall, decent experience however I probably wouldn't come back until after the pandemic improves. read more

Good people. Top of the line equipment, and very fair prices. I've been in surf shops all over the world, Africa, Philippines, Hawaii, Costa Rica, and this shop is first class. My wife and I and our baby are moving down from Ohio, and we both needed some new clothes and I needed a new board. My experience with surf shops has not always been the best, so I was stoked when they treated us with great hospitality. Not just because we where spending $$ but just genuine nice people. Spent a lot of time talking with me about board options, and even gave some advice on areas to look for a place to find a house. Not only did I walk out with a good deal on a board I am having a blast on, (Thanks Matt!) they actually really helped us decide Jupiter Fl is the place for us. By the way, make sure you eat across the street on the water at Guanabana's good food, and very cool spot. read more

Don't got to this store if your want customer service or expect anyone to help you AT ALL. Super cute stuff it's a shame no one that works there knows how to say hello to customers, offer help, or do anything except carry on with whatever they are currently doing when you walk in. Great location, great shop but abysmal service. This place is full of 'too cool for the room' surfer dudes who couldn't care less about their clients. Very rude, dismissive. They are obviously annoyed that they have to work there instead of making a career being professional surfers and it shows. Get your head out of your own ass and serve the clients. read more

Great people and service here! I rented a paddle board overnight and was unable to use it due to time and weather issues. I brought it back the next morning and they gave me a full refund and I didn't even ask for anything. The next time I'm in Jupiter I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone!!! read more

Sadly it's the same if you shop on line- that blew my mind- doubling my disappointment. Gave a star for the clothing. The service is Inflexible, indifferent, and obnoxious! They simply do not care ...even after admitting it's their one obvious mistake! BTW - I have spent more money than I care to mention at this store, you would think they would recognize a loyal customer. I gave them several chances, thinking they were isolated situations, or someone just had a bad day- nope! If this trickles down from the top -as it usually does, don't expect any improvements- because like hires like!
