The store itself is GORGEOUS & beautifully planned out & gives all the vibes. They truly have clothing options for everyone looking to look chic & casual. My only complaint really is the customer service. It's awful. There is no acknowledgement of you as you walk through the store. There was one or two people on the floor just looking at customers and it felt awkward. Even the girls at the register would just stare at you while walking the store and not even smile or greet you. It was weird. It felt 'judgey.' So finally after like 20 minutes of deciding what I wanted, I check out and the girl doesn't even smile or greet me and just rings me up as if she's in a rush (there wasn't a line) and then after I pay she just puts the bag on the counter looks at the only person who just got in line behind me and I am still standing at the counter putting my wallet away and she says to the girl behind me "oh you can come up now" as I'm still standing at the counter and the girl seemed confused because I hadn't left yet. I felt unappreciated as a customer which sucks. Like I said before, Aritzia is one of my favorite brands but I'll probably stick to shopping online.

This store always has the greatest selection and about to say it, is better than New York stores sometimes. The pieces are unique and I am always asked where I got my pieces from my NY peeps. This store is always immaculate because who wants to shop in a disarrayed environment. The most important thing to me is customer service and it is top-notch at this location.
