Boots weren't perfectly cleaned and leather boots still had some scuff marks. Also, took a week to get the shoes back which isn't so "speedy" if you ask me. They aren't open full business hours so it took me longer to get my shoes back because every time I was in the area they weren't open. When I finally caught them I couldn't get my boots right away because they only take cash and as so much time had passed I forgot about this policy. To boot, it cost me $50 to do a sub par job of cleaning two pairs of shoes. Didn't feel like it was a great value and worth the aggravation ‍

The jeans are one of the big items for this store and they have a great selection of them there. This store style is right up my alley so I always make sure to stop when I'm in the area. What really gets me to come back every time, though, is the staff. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. They are great at what they do and don't come off as just salespeople when they're working with you which is hard to find. I'm not one who typically wants or needs help so for me to actually want their assistance means a lot. It is on the pricey side. Jeans run for about $150 and tops are between $50-$100. But, just like J.Crew, they do have good sales. Today they have 25% your purchase and I've seen them do sales on sale items a couple times as well. Iris made slipcovers for a loveseat and ottoman for me. I was not happy that they did not follow…read moreinstructions on how to lay out the print on my chair, but that was secondary to the fact that the new slipcovers do not fit. Iris told me that they could use the previous slipcovers as a pattern but the new slipcovers are too small around the bottom. The slipcover for the chair will not zip all the way and the one for the ottoman would not pull down. The reason I used them in the first place was that they said they said they could make the slipcovers without my having to give them the furniture - just the existing slipcovers. Now they say they need the furniture to fix the covers. This will require a truck and movers to get it there and back. This is turning out to be very expensive for a less than professional job.
