First, they have loud uncensored rap music. Don't get me wrong, I love DMX but it's inappropriate…read morein a children and adult uniform store to be playing music that has words like "Fu*k... N****r". Its 2022, that's not OK! Second, the store looks a hot mess. And it was pretty empty, just us and one family with children the whole time we were there. The employees are all brand new, every employee just goes "I just started here" if you ask anyone anything. No one asks if you need help or interacts with you while you're there. The manager? They aren't there and just started as well when you ask the staff for help. Staff currently doesn't know the difference between embroidery and tailoring, but neither are apparently available, perhaps that's a staffing issue due to how hard it is to hire right now so I understand that difficulty, but the staff should know the difference between the services offered. Prices were really fair for the uniforms, around $30-35 per item we purchased. The downside being all the pants we bought had unfinished hems and with no tailoring available (or embroidery as the staff told us we couldn't have them embroidered when we asked about hemming), we had to scramble to find someone elsewhere who could finish them and make them wearable. Hopefully when it gets easier to hire good people again the store can get better quality employees

There is no automatic opening doors nor a button to push to open the door. Fortunately my husband was there to help. Went in looking for a power wheelchair. There were two workers behind the counter who didn't even acknowledge us. There was one floor model out which we looked at and still no one came over to us. We were at this time the only customers. We decided to leave and as we did we noticed no one was at the counter. What a waste of time. I'll be bringing my business elsewhere.

When we walked in she had a big smile and greeted us. She took our measurements and smiled the entire time doing it. She also gave us other parts to our uniform. I'm very hard to dress for because I'm built like sponge bob square pants. She helped me with all my issues and gave me twice sizes up to fit me better. I would recommend this business to people asking me where to get their uniform fixed or tailored.

We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Hands down the worst screen printing & embroidery experience we have ever had.
