How have I never been here before. The pharmacy has a phenomenal consultant, Sanette. My doctor…read moreordered blood tests and sent them to her for review to put together a hormone regimen for me. Sanette spent an hour explaining to me my results and what therapies she could put together to alleviate my symptoms and improve my life. She came highly recommended from someone who has seen, firsthand, excellent results. This will be my new go-to pharmacy from now on! And, PS, if you are a snowbird, they can work with you on that as well.

Sanette doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had an extremely…read moredisappointing experience with Jupiter Drugs and would not recommend them for hormone therapy. After starting a compounded HRT troche she prepared, I began experiencing significant lower abdominal bloating and pressure. I contacted the pharmacist for guidance, which is exactly what patients are told to do if they have questions. Instead of providing helpful information, I was met with a dismissive and condescending response suggesting my symptoms were due to food and that I needed to "move my body." This assumption was completely inappropriate and had nothing to do with my situation. For context, I exercise daily, walk roughly 90 minutes a day, maintain a very healthy diet, and weigh 106 pounds. Also Sanette stated that Testosterone does not cause bloating. Coming from the fitness world as you can see from my profile picture, she is dead wrong this isn't my first rodeo! She had already lost her credibility at that point. Clearly she is not educated enough in HRT to be advising anyone. Sanette accused me of giving "conflicting" information about my dosage. The prescription label they provided clearly states "Try 1/2 first." I was doing exactly that. When I clarified this and even referenced the written instruction on the label, the conversation deteriorated further. Rather than addressing the issue or having a professional discussion, I was simply told: "I think you should find another pharmacy." Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect when asking reasonable questions about medications they are taking. Being dismissed and spoken to in a condescending way when trying to understand side effects is unacceptable. Sanette you should indeed be ashamed of the way you treat people. And reading some of these reviews i'm clearly not the only one.

I called to ask a tech question to make sure it is DOA, expecting to need to purchase a new one. I get some clown on the phone who wants to be 110% sure I purchased from THEM before he would help me. He even went so far as to ask for my "Order number" from 7 years ago. THIS shows their true colors, it is all about the DOLLARS. I told the man I had intended to purchase a NEW scooter if my suspicions were confirmed but since he was more interested in confirming I purchased from THEM than HELPING ME, I would be buying my NEW SCOOTER from another dealer. NICE GOING, GREAT WAY TO LOOSE A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER.

I ordered a part for my scooter. The package was crushed (a small part placed in a large…read morenon[-cushioned box). the part was damaged. It would not have worked, even if it had not been damaged. This is despite the fact that the website said it was correct for this scooter. Customer service gave me a runaround and said I would be charged 20% to return this, rather than a full $50. 00 refund. I find this to be extremely poor customer relations! In response to Andrew: It appears there are two views of this fiasco. My experience is exactly as I stated. The box and product were damaged. Even if it had not been damaged the item would not have worked, despite the website leading me to believe it was okay for the Go-Go. This escalated because of your customer service making things complicated. Interestingly, of course I have a computer. What I said was that I use a landline and do not the technical ability to photograph and send images. You have distorted this fact. I can take a regular camera and mail through the Post Office pictures to people, have never been able to send photos through a computer. Wish I'd read the other negative reviews before engaging with this firm.
