The did a CT and Mammogram in August of 2025, did not submit to insurance immediately but did…read morereceive payment in October 2025. The sent me an invoice dated May 13, 2026, and charged me for a balance on the CT which I did agree that I owed. They also charged me for a balance owed on the mammogram which should be covered in full. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that someone would get back to me, three week and another call later no one ever did. So, I paid the balance on the CT and wrote a letter and sent it cetrified. Stating I would not pay the balance of the mammogram because I did not owe it and I can't appeal to the insurance because they took 8 1/2 months to bill me and I no longer have that insurance. They now have sent me to collections. If they can't do their billing correctly and timely are the test results accurate??????????????
