I came in for some requested bloodwork from my doctor, and the only appointments I found was in the…read moreafternoon. When I arrived, I only waited an extra couple minutes because it wasn't busy. Marie, who is amazing and has such a fun personality. Let me know that I needed to come in the morning to get bloodwork, but there was no availability so she just asked me to come in at 7:30 in the morning and she'll get me. I honestly don't ever go to the doctor so I was not prepared for how my body was gonna react. Marie was barely able to get one tube of blood before I started getting very fuzzy and lightheaded, was about to pass out. She was so nice and got somebody else to assist. Put some cool air in my face to calm me down and an ice pack on my back. They waited until I felt a lot better and brought me to a room where they laid me down and use a faster method of removing blood. Just by changing things to get this done was a complete 180. She was able to take nine tubes of blood for me very quickly and I didn't pass out. I was talking to Melissa who was there in support of my issue with getting this done and she was so sweet and kept me distracted. She even stayed longer afterwards to make sure I was OK and I was able to sit up right. At the beginning after almost passing out I honestly didn't think I was going go get through this but they done this before they know what they're doing and what a huge difference. Everybody takes such great care of you and they're extremely busy in that office so please be patient. The last thing you wanted to is rush them when it's just not working out for the patient and they need a bit more time. I got in after 7:30am and left at 9 AM. This honestly should've been 20 minutes max, but because of having such a hard time getting blood drawn that it held up other people. I do appreciate it and thank you taking care of me and getting the job done.

I didn't have an appointment (along with a police officer there at the same time) and we were told it could be several hours. Both of us decided to take our chances and wait. In less than 30 minutes, we were each called in and at least for me, the service was fantastic. The technicians (I didn't get names) were so efficient and nice. Not one tech, one employee doing checkins, phones, checkouts, and the labs. I've been here an hour. Only ones that have been called have an appointment. For me and the other 5 walkins, looks like it will be hours wait. I hope I don't get kicked out when she takes her lunch break. This is not acceptable. I wish my Insurance still took quest. They usually had at least 5 people working with multiple techs. I feel bad for the one employee. She is doing her best to remain cheerful around a bunch of grumpy hangry people.

I've been coming here since I moved up here from West Palm Beach and I've been up here for two years now I am a frequent flyer for bloodwork. I can always get an appointment with a good time and every time I walk in there always so efficient. I think the longest I've ever had to wait is maybe 15 minutes after my appointment. The ladies are always efficient when it comes to taking my blood work I just always feel like they are on top of their game here. I could not recommend this location enough.

Blood work was done and a few things looked concerning and we never heard back from the Dr or office to go over results. When my son was there for an annual physical they checked his pulse and temp. Thats not a physical. They put him in a room waiting an hour before the Dr came in! The Dr was aware that my son passes out when having blood work and didn't seem too concerned about that either. Sent him for bloodwork but never checked his glucose?! There were problems with the bloodwork and still have not heard back from the office. The bloodwork was done back in June, no excuse for this! There is no one to take a call at the physical location - All automated systems redirecting to the website for questions and then hanging up on you. I took two elderly clients for their appointment. I booked their appointments online, which was thankfully quite easy. Upon arrival (only 5 minutes late, had the GPS not misdirected we would have been early) everything for check in was done on a tablet. These elderly individuals would not have been able to use if I was not there. Due to late arrival, this automated system "could not find the reservation"; we had to rebook and wait for the next available appointment, but thankfully it was not very long. It's frustrating to have all this technology to make things easier but still experience all this complication. Once we actually got the ball rolling, everyone was VERY kind and considerate. They did a GREAT job getting the veins on the first try and were gentle. The kind and funny employees were the saving grace that made it a good experience.
