No stars for this shameful place. After flagging some a staff member after they opened a door for another patient, told him I just needed to drop off a sample. He replied with we will call you! We will call you! That was at 10am. I had signed in marking the box that says "waiting outside in car will text or call when it's your turn ". It's 1:35 pm and still no call or text. I had to go to a different quest to drop off specimens Business owner commented that they will be forwarding this to regional manager but if you look at the reviews, the complaints have been going for months and this is the same auto generated response and nothing has changed at the Palm city Quest. read more

I had my blood drawn today by Valerie and made her aware of the fact that I do not have the best veins as they do roll.and she got it on the first stick very pleasant ,very sweet , and very understanding I did not have an appointment that morning but I made one at the kiosk and waited and it went pretty quick way to go keep up the good work. read more

If I could give 0 I would. My appt was 8:45. I ckd in sat down. Got an alert they were ready for me to come in. I go in, rude witchy haired woman yelled for me to go back & sit down. I told her I'm using a cane & can't keep going back &forth. I went back out no comment from her. Apparently she knew my name was called but didn't say she's over here or apologize. They took everyone before & after me. I stopped 2 ppl & said why aren't they taking me, they didn't know. a guy comes in & goes right back. If I could go elsewhere I would have but my pain was too great. my phlebotomist & Another girl who came in talking about food she looks at me & says oh sorry, are you fasting? They continue talking about food. RUDE! There is a nice man who works there I've had him several times. Wish I got him. I have come to this location every time I needed bloodwork for 5 years. Rating of no stars, Made an appointment with the Palm City clinic. On arrival they said their computer was down. And they had people at lunch. Wrote my name down and said come back in an hour. There is no check-in station or receptionist just a computer on the wall. try to find someone to tell them I was there there. No one to Recheck-in. Absolutely no customer service rude employees and no organization to their System no one in charge. I would not trust them to Draw Blood !avoid this place at all costs read more

I came in just to drop off a sample this is my second trip here because the first person didn't give me all of the collection tubes...i was told to sign in that I was dropping off a specimen and I'd be taken right in, however,I had to wait a half hour just to drop the second set off!!! This place has turned to crap!!! Used to be a very efficient place to come and get labs the new system lacks any personal interaction you just sign in on a screen! Never again!!! read more

ZERO STARS. This lab is AWFUL. I went in on Friday July 21st for a simple blood test. I'm very familiar with blood tests since I have a physical annually and donate blood annually. I've never experienced anything like this before. When the phlebotomist started taking my blood, my entire arm began burning badly. My entire arm, not just the testing area. I repeatedly told the phlebotomist something was wrong, but she ignored me and continued. I ended up with severe bruising all over my arm. My arm has been in pain for 5 days now, following the blood test. I couldn't straighten it out. When I returned to the lab to show them what they had done, all they did was look at it shocked but offered no apology or guidance. I had to call the corporate office. They're "investigating". I'm sure nothing will be done. I would stay far away from this awful place unless you want to look like the images here from a simple blood test , for a week later! Very unprofessional and incompetent. read more

If I could do a negative I would! It is a horrible system when trying to get an appointment and or trying to figure out how to register as a SBY. They have no staff up front to help with questions or concerns. When the staff comes out to bring a patient back for lab test they are inundated with people asking questions. With the number of seniors in Florida this is no way to run a business. Quest you should be a shame of yourselves how you treat patients. read more

Had an 11 am appt and sat for just a moment with my daughter! The tech that drew her blood was so friendly and professional and even light hearted with us both! My teenage daughter was surprised at how painless it was and how quick and nice she was! My first time to the Palm city location vs the Stuart one on ocean! So much quicker and nicer;) Highly recommend! read more

Do not go to this site if you have a medical exemption for masks. I have a letter from my doctor stating the reason for my mask exemption, but they refused to look at my letter and refused service. When I was told to leave the back area, I did not say a word and followed the staff back to the waiting area, but the staff became argumentative and confrontational, even asking me if I had a problem with all of this in front of several people in the waiting area. I was then told I had to leave the building and wait for the manager to come outside to talk to me if I wasn't going to wear a mask, but two other people not wearing masks were allowed to stay in the waiting room. It was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen at any lab company. I waited about 15 minutes for the manager, who never came out to help me. I called Quest and made a complaint. The rep was dumbfounded and did not understand why the staff refused to look at my letter and why they treated me so poorly. I have never had any trouble like this at my doctor's offices - they accommodate me without any problems. I know there have been other instances of this happening at this site, so avoid at all cost if you can't wear a mask! read more

Palm City location, I made my appointment online, arrived and check in was on a screen, very fast. Once seated they called me up quickly and welcomed me to the back. She did my lab work with care and precision. I felt I was in and out of there. Clean, all updated interior, I'll be returning. read more

I have been using Quest and specifically this location for 2 years. They have always been wonderful especially since their nrw remodel. Never more than a 5 or 10 minute wait with an appointment. All of the staff is incredible, especially a young woman named Favian. I am a difficult stick and she is able get it on the fist try every time and has an outstanding bedside manor. I will always try and request her if possible. Fantastic facility. read more

I drive 30 minutes to go to this Quest. They are so nice, and the blood draw is always quick and painless! Kenisha was so kind and helpful - she made me feel completely at ease even though I'm not great with blood!! Highly recommend this Quest!! read more

The wait even with an appointment was over an hour. No one is giving you any answers as to why it's taking so long. There is 20 people crammed into a small waiting room all of us have been fasting and we are all very hungry and everyone is agitated. The walk ins are being told it will be at least 4 hours to wait. And the staff is not very pleasant to the people here. I can't blame them since there is an angry mob sitting here but answers would be nice and maybe don't book so many people if you can't handle the people you book. Shame on you quest for running such a bad business that so many sick people rely on. Update. I was finally seen and I need to add that the staff is very nice on the other side but again the waiting room is filled with angry people so I think it would make anyone feel agitated. But the lady that drew my blood was super sweet. Shame on quest for putting their employees in this situation. read more

Every time I have come to this location the front staff has always been rude. They have you wait an extremely long time and it is obvious to patients that they don't care. They have poor communication when it comes to wait time. The blonde woman at the front was calm but very rude and dismissive as it was obvious she didn't care who I was and just wanted me to go sit down and stop "bothering" her. This is bull crap I had an appointment at 11:30 and got there early like a normal person and then waited like 45 min and they never called me back. I left because there was like no movement really in the office just ppl leaving. Then a bit later after I left I got a text saying they were ready. Hack no I ain't goin back. Also if anyone is thinking about waiting outside don't! There are no chairs so you will be left sitting on the ground like a homeless person after waiting for sooo long!!! Idek why they have that as an option it's like the middle of summer in Florida and blazing hot. OH and after the last time I went I had a bruse on my arm for over a week.
