I have been going to her for about 15 years and if I can find someone else I am going to switch…read more Today is the second time it happened. I make a yearly apt. with her for a check up and when I get there it is switched to the PA. I told them the last time and today when I make an apt. a year out with a doctor I want to see a doctor because that is what they are charging for the visti. The office manager told me the switch was on my confirmation email and I pulled up the email and it was not. I guess they have enough new patients they do not need the ones who have been there from the begining. Beware that they have a new policy the office manager told me and they want all the staff to see you so when you make an appoitment with one doctor you will probaply not get them.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am for Dr. Guiloff. I typically do not write reviews, but…read moreI feel compelled to share my experience to help others who may be feeling the same uncertainty and confusion I once did. I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Guilof is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredible human being. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

First, let me start by saying Dr Schroeder is a great person with a good bedside manner and always…read moremake sure you're not in any pain. That being said, I had a CO2 laser resurfacing done in early/mid march. It was a lot to go through, I had to hibernate for over two weeks and my faces looked very scary. It was VERY swollen and deformed. I did know what I was getting into, and I still wanted to do it. Anyway it really worked well on my under eye and cheeks. However, I did not see much change in my under nose and chin area, which is what I was mainly concerned about. So I'm very disappointed. Since the co2 laser resurfacing, I've also had to do sculptra, form ( which are both fillers) and Botox. It still doesn't look how I would like. I need more filler to disguise the wrinkles. Any way after 4k for the resurfacing, and another 1,200 for sculptra and Botox which was after the co2 resurfacing, I'm still not seeing results. So, maybe my wrinkles were too deep. I don't know why but so far nothing is really working. Yes I see a small difference, but for $5,200, I expected better results. I suppose I need a facelift. Should have saved my money. Also I did ask dr. Schroeder if she could just do that area again with the 1/2 strength c02 laxer, but she told me it would be another $1,500. I was really hoping she would do it for free, but no! Like I said she's very sweet, great bedside manner, beautiful place. I'm just not happy with my results.
