Thank you Cass for helping me find a new foundation! I needed to make a switch since I didn't care for the new Estée Lauder switch of their double wear. So Cass was very helpful and informative on some similar foundations !! I ultimately went with the Dior matte :) read more

Ever since the store was expanded/remodeled there has been nonstop issues with the AC system. The store has been closed on multiple occasions due to the "high temperatures" but of course the adjusted hours will not be updated or reflected on the app or gardens mall website. I have shown up multiple times to grab a pickup order only to see a paper sign on the door saying the store is closed until the next day. read more

You call this number and no one picks up the phone I have been on hold forever. I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding an online order that is supposed to be delivered today. I call from two phones and after being on hold for 20 minutes both calls dropped on both phones. read more

One would not think that you would find me here at Sephora often, but this is the store that I always visit to buy my hair and skin products. Interesting story about this store that I have read. The company began in 1970 in Paris, then was acquired by Dominique Mandonnaud in 1993, who merged the purchase with his own perfume chain under the Sephora brand. Thereafter, they sold to LVMH which has grown the brand expeditiously. Not sure what the ownership status is today, but obviously the Company has been quite successful since its first started. What I like about Sephora is their assisted self-service sales experience, which is not as common from their competitors. My main reason for shopping at Sephora is for Men's shampoos and face creams. read more

I have been elevating my skin care routine and decided to take the plunge and see what I could grab at Sephora. Fortunately, there are associates everywhere because I didn't know where to start with foundation to reduce some of the redness on my face as well as when I get acne. Val and other associates in the two times I have been there were very accommodating in ensuring I had the right foundation per skin tone as well as a cream that helps reduce inflammation. I found a brand I like and the products I purchased are a good addition to my other facial care I do. This face isn't getting any younger so need to maintain what I can. read more

Always excellent customer service. One item that wasn't sold by Sephora, they found out where I could pick it up. Obviously they care about the customer and your overall experience. read more

Welll I am given Sephora four stars for one reason drumroll please... when I checked out I was in the system and they gave a free gift for my birthday . The thing that irritated me that nobody came to aide me I was not buying anything major things just foundation for my skin, but I probably would've purchased more items with a sales person if you get what I mean. read more

Had a horrible experience with Ninette. Purchased a 60 minute make up application. I felt like she didn't know what she was doing and I left there looking like a clown. I was holding back tears. I went home and wiped half of it off before heading to my event so I could at least look presentable. I was visiting from out of town, so I will never go back. Not sure I will ever go to Sephora for makeup application. This was my first experience. read more

I think her name was Elexia (I feel bad I can't remember) but I was in store today and she was great. I had both of my kids with me so I explained I needed to be in and out quick. She gave me an AMAZING recommendation on blush. Love this location :) will be back! read more

Usually my go to Sephora is Boca Town Center but I tried getting a make up session in for a friend's wedding, they did not have any availability. I tried my luck at Gardens Mall location, and Sephora did not disappoint. My appointment was with Lisa and she was phenomenal. I wanted a bit dramatic eye make up and less foundation on the face. She really listened to what brands I wanted to try plus with the foundation I wanted her to decide. I loved the Milk brand foundation she used on me. This company uses all natural components and does not put any fragrance in their products. I highly recommend getting their foundation and highlighter. I've been using the highlighter non stop on my vacation. In lipsticks I wanted her to put outlaw (name of lipstick) by Kat Von D since my bestie recommended it prior when looking at the outfit I was wearing. Full make up sessions are an hour long and you need to purchase aleast $50 worth of products. But if you are in Sephora that's easy enough, I ended up buying a 6 pack lipstick set from Sephora, highlighter stick, and outlaw lipstick (spent about $80 on these products). I really wanted to buy the foundation too but I had two new foundations at home, but there is always a next time.~ read more

I went in on New Years Eve, Emily was the best!! If you're looking for any help please ask for Emily:)

Kerie was amazing! She showed me different products and had helpful suggestions. She is patient and knowledgeable! I'll make sure to ask for her next time I visit the store read more

If I could zero stars I would. I tried to ask someone for help for a color match no one would help me. Until I came up to another lady from waiting 10 minutes. She made me try 2 shades just to try and sell me it. Walk away, when I wanted a color match. The things she made me try didn't even match. read more

PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! I am one of the most indecisive people ever, but also very particular in my taste. Roxy helped me smell so many perfumes, helped me narrow it down, and gave me the best friend experience! Heather rung me up at the cash register, helped me with the return and answered every question I had with professionalism and the care of a close friend. I absolutely love this Sephora because the staff is so accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. read more

Experience was good until the cashier checked me out. Literally threw my items into my bag. I'd understand if the items I was purchasing weren't so delicate but now I have her to thank for my cracked shadow pallet. It doesn't take much effort to gently place items in a bag. read more

I am a student esthetician and came in looking for different products to try out. Budget Friendly. Stacy who works there was extremely knowledgeable in every product! She helped me pick out a variety of products to test out and to see what I personally liked working with. Thank you Stacy for all your help and recommendations! I love all my products, from Farmacy to Murad to Caudalie!! I did not have an appointment but she took the time out of her busy day to help me! (I took a lot of her time asking questions and she was happy to answer everyone of them, thoroughly.) Thank You- Highly recommend Stacy& Sephora!!! read more

I called to see if a particular pallet was available in store, the lady who was with me on the phone was rude and couldn't understand what I was asking. I offered to give her the item number to lookup if the item was available. Apparently, that was too hard to do since she was "busy" and couldn't do that for me. Sephora, get some better employees. read more

Let me start by saying I don't wear make-up anymore but I do like good products. When I am in the market for a new fragrance, Sephora is the place to try and shop. I didn't actually enter this store looking, I wanted to purchase my favorite everyday scent. Sadly, they have removed it from the store shelves and made it available online only. Have no fear, I met Luis. He was able to look online and ensured me it could be ordered but why not play and see if anything else met my preferences. He found a couple of wonderful choices, one so new it wasn't in the store just couple of weeks ago. They are happy to make samples so you can try for a few days to really see if you like it mixed with your chemistry... they don't always smell the same on each of us. When I'm ready to buy, I would happily return to Luis. read more

A big fat thumbs down for this location due to the lack of customer service skills. The girls here are nothing but rude. They act as if they're too good to help anybody out, or even smile. This location doesn't even deserve a star and I'll be writing corporate on them for the second time. read more

This place has been consistently a horrible experience. Either they all bum rush you or don't even acknowledge you. It's a real thirst for commission. Although I would politely tell them I would like to independently look around, another would come right over. I'm a Rouge and very big fan of Sephora. I understand sales pay the bills and try to give credit where credits due. One person swiped the sale of a person who helped with a few things. This time around I remembered her name Antionette and was going to make sure the sale went to her but she completely snubbed me and left me with a condescending goodbye. At this point and time I'm done with this location. read more

Went to buy a face mask and to redeem some of my beauty insider points. I received an email about a product I could redeem my points for, and when I asked if they had it, an associate pretended she didn't know what I was talking about and was very rude. When she asked another associate, she miraculously remembered that they had the product. I got the email a day ago, however, her response when she remembered the product was "well, you came too late then" in a very derogatory tone. Very disappointed as I was purchasing a product and she was still rude to me for no reason... read more

If you want to be ignored, this is the Sephora for you. I came in during the Rouge sale at 1pm today. While I walked around the store, I passed no less than 6 employees and none acknowledged me. They were busy talking among themselves and seemed completely uninterested in helping the customers. Only one customer of the 10 that were in the store was being assisted. I am a rouge customer and this visit made me reassess my status. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

This is the worst Sephora I've ever been to. Rude staff and manager who is completely oblivious. Tried to buy an overpriced skincare item and was greeted by an awful woman in the Caudalie skincare area who made back handed insults. Not friendly, not polite, all around rude employees. She scolded at me upon approach . Learn how to treat customers ! read more

The prices are high but no other store does it quite like Sephora. It's one of the only places that makes it readily available to try out the products before you buy them. They house just about all of the top brand beauty products, except MAC cosmetics which has it's own shop in the mall. I left with Urban Decay primer potion in Sin, a new Sephora Jumbo eye crayon, and Flora by Gucci perfume which I really liked. read more

I love this store! They are very helpful and I always leave with something that won't collect dust in my makeup case. I especially love the fact that I can try before I buy because, I am a stickler for perfection and I'm very hard to match. I will continue to purchase my makeup here! read more

I personally love the store it has great verity of selection of choices, but one thing is that its pretty expensive. There are some stuff that are at reasonable price anyway its still my favorite store to buy makeup!! If I could give this store a ZERO rate I would. I am furious by the way the staff at this store treated me. I went to this store to buy a simple foundation and asked someone for there assistance. It took 4 women bouncing between each other on who would assist me. They finally passed me off to another Hispanic female who proceeded to be no help what so ever. I have never been so fustrated by the discrimination, failure of cleanliness and lack of sheer professionalism this staff has. For this reason I am boycotting this store and taking my business elsewhere.!! Atleast at Ulta and MAC. The staff are professional read more

I walked in on a Thursday late afternoon planning just to replace my foundation, but makeup artist Heather offered to show me how to use some gorgeous eyeshadows made by Makeup Forever, and I loved how she made me look. She showed me several different colors applying them on my eyelids and I bought four of them plus a subtle soft coral blush in a complementing color palette and they all fit into a cool compact with a mirror which will be great for travel. Heather also showed me how to use a contour bronzer and a highlighter in tones that are subtle and natural. She spent at least an hour giving me a complete makeover that I had not anticipated but which really looks great, even at home and in broad daylight. This was a valuable experience and I highly recommend Heather and Sephora. read more

Hate to write a bad review for one bad apple in the bunch, but it needs to be done. Trying to return an item, I accidentally gave the wrong receipt bc the name was similar, but I also had the correct receipt. Not sure what her name was (older lady), but she would not even try the second receipt claiming that I didn't understand and radio'ing to the manager that she had a customer "demanding money back." Because I showed her, look it was the WRONG SKU #. Call me crazy but Shouldn't an employee understand that? This woman was so freaking rude I wish I would have caught it on tape-- it was that bad! And guess what. She was wrong as hell when she finally TRIED THE NEW RECEIPT. As someone that spends thousands at Sephora (Rouge member) in less than 6 months (yes it is a problem,ha, I need Sephora rehab.) to be treated like a piece of sh-- is NOT OK. I've never called a corporate office in my 31 years, but tomorrow I shall. It's really too bad because the rest of the staff is very kind and helpful. read more

i love sephora and buy all my makeup here! however, i have a huge problem with the sales associates and how they treat half of the customers. don't get me wrong, i have encountered a few REALLY nice and sweet sales associates who work here, but the sad reality is that most of the employees are snobby and give a lot of customers condescending looks, especially if you're not wearing makeup here YOU WILL BE JUDGED. that being said, i came in about a week ago to finish up some last minute christmas shopping, i was looking for a certain product from Huda Beauty; the easy bake setting powder. i noticed they were out of the most popular shade, so i went to the nearest SA and politely told him i had a question , he kind of just looked at me and said "WHAT" super harshly in a mean tone, i showed him the product i was looking for and asked if they possible had a new shipment. without even checking he rudely snapped "we don't have it here just go order it online". now if he had handled the situation differently and had actually been polite i wouldn't have had an issue. but there was no need for him to act the way he did and snap at me just for asking a question. bottom line: people here are VERY rude and nasty and act like you're in their way or bothered because you're trying to ask them something about a product. my advice; just don't even bother asking for help at this sephora, research online if the product is available beforehand and don't even talk to any SA's because they're horrible. read more

Staff is pretty rude overall... went in for event makeup and walked out looking like a clown. Alexis is TERRIBLE. She didn't listen to what I was looking for at all, did her own thing and it looked like a child did my makeup. Shelled out $60... went home, washed my face, and did my own makeup! read more

When I walked in there was barely any hi or hello and continued on and I didn't think anything of it. But then as I continued there was no customer service. I came in to look at a foundation and I was trying to find my shade. As I was at the display swatching and applying it no one but this one worker came up to me and said "ooh I've been excited for that foundation" and didn't say anything else and ran away. Thanks for the help. And at the end when I found my shade I really wasn't sure if I wanted it. The only thing I've heard about it was the annoying girl that said she was excited for it, not even if it was good or not. So I looked around the store, to be honest I didn't need anything I was just trying to convince myself I didn't need it. And again everyone was ignoring me. But once the same girl sees that I have the expensive foundation in my hand, she comes up to me all in my face and asks if I need a basket. So overbearing I honestly felt forced to buy it. Kinda traumatized, don't spend your money here, they don't care about you unless you show that you have money. read more
