**Terrible Experience !**…read more This was by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had. On Saturday, February 1st, my wife bought me a perfume as a surprise for my birthday, knowing I had run out. However, I had already ordered the same perfume online. When I told her, she asked me to return the one she bought. To my surprise, when I arrived at the store, the manager refused to process the return, claiming that the item was missing the cellophane wrapping. I immediately called my wife, who confirmed that it was sold to her exactly as it was--without any plastic seal. Despite this, the manager insisted that they *never* sell unwrapped products. How is it possible that they sold us an open product and then refused to accept the return, even insinuating that we had opened it ourselves? Completely unacceptable! I even asked them to check the security footage, but they dismissed my request, saying it was handled by another department. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers--accusing them of lying instead of taking responsibility. We will *never* shop at this store again. I demand a full refund, as they sold us an opened product that, by their own admission, shouldn't have been sold in the first place!

If you're even thinking about getting a Russian manicure--stop searching and just book with Anna…read more Seriously. I've been to my fair share of nail techs, and no one comes close to her level of precision. She is insanely detail-oriented in the best way possible -- every cuticle, every edge, every layer is done with intention. You can tell she truly masters her craft, not just goes through the motions. And somehow... she's FAST. Like, how are you this meticulous and this efficient?? It feels like magic. My nails have never looked cleaner, healthier, or more polished (literally). The grow-out is seamless, the shaping is perfect, and the overall finish is just chef's kiss. On top of that, Anna is such a calming, professional presence--the whole experience feels elevated, not rushed or transactional. If you want nails that make you stare at your hands all day... Anna is your girl. 10/10, no notes.
