I've been coming to Ashley at Renew for about 2 years now. I've gotten laser hair removal and…read morevarious face treatments, both of which have been life changing for me. The laser she uses is the Candela NOT IPL which is way more effective. You can tell she's very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does and she takes it very seriously. She's also very knowledgeable about nutrition and overall health taking a holistic approach to all treatments which I love. She has given me tips on how to take care of my skin from the inside out and it's been incredibly helpful. I tried a few other places before I found Renew and they all just tried selling me high dollar packages even after I wasn't seeing results which didn't sit right with me. I have really dark, course hair with fair skin and the IPL didn't work on me but the Candela did, I even saw results with softer hair and slower growth in the first treatment. Renew isn't a big chain just trying to get another customer, it's a small business that truly cares about their clients and treats each one individually with care. The office is always super clean and it's conveniently located near Costco so I usually do my shopping right after. I also love the vibe when you get a facial, she turns the lights down and puts on relaxing spa music. I highly recommend & will continue to use Renew for all my skincare needs.

You walk into the suite and right away you feel relaxed from the dim lighting, soothing sounds, and smell of aromatherapy! The staff was very welcoming. I couldn't stop gushing over the office space. Super cute and cozy. After filling out my check-in questionnaire, Cecilia directed to the room I will be in and provided instructions on how to get ready. She spent about 5 minutes explaining what she will be doing from start to finish, which included a cleansing facial to start off, then the microdermabrasion then another cleanse, mask and serums, vitamin-c and lastly a sunscreen. It was the best facial I've had in a very long time. I frequently get microdermabrasion, and most estheticians would give a cleanse at the beginning, but to get two full facials (start and end) was a wonderful touch. I can't wait for the next session which I've already scheduled in the next 3 weeks. Lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend. If by chance you call and no one answers, you can either send an email or text.

I had stopped getting massages because I could never really find anyone who made me feel like I was getting value for the service but my massage as Palm Beach Facials was a game changer. I will certainly be back and will recommend Kathryn to my friends and family.
