I've repeatedly tried calling to reschedule and have been unable to reach anyone. As a prepaid customer, I shouldn't have to chase down a business just to receive services I've already paid for. Laser hair removal requires treatments on a consistent schedule for the best results, and these repeated cancellations and inability to get in touch have unnecessarily interrupted my treatment plan.
