Repeated scheduling errors, appointment discrepancies, treatment delays, and constant employee turnover made it nearly impossible to follow the treatment plan that was sold to me. On multiple occasions, I showed up for scheduled appointments only to be told by management that they were "too busy" or that my appointment slot was no longer available, forcing me to wait weeks/months for the next opening. What is the point of scheduling appointments if they are not honored? Why is it the client's responsibility to repeatedly call and verify appointments because the company's confirmations cannot be trusted? Because of these delays and disruptions, my treatment plan has been completely derailed. Months later, I still have significant hair growth in treated areas and cannot accurately assess results because LaserAway has failed to provide consistent treatment intervals. When I requested my treatment history, I discovered additional discrepancies regarding treatment dates and records, raising further concerns about account accuracy and management oversight. The irony is that the sales process was just as deceptive, but the service after payment was made kept me hopeful after the effort I put in to purchase the package. My clinician, Kaitlyn, was excellent, which gave me confidence in the beginning. Unfortunately, the management, scheduling, and overall client experience have been a complete disaster. I am still waiting for a meaningful response and resolution. If you're considering spending thousands of dollars here, understand that the experience after they have your money will look very different from what was promised. There are countless laser hair removal providers that value their clients' time, honor scheduled appointments, and deliver treatment plans as sold. Terrible management. Terrible scheduling. When I arrived, I asked the tech, Sarah, to turn down the very loud dance club music. She said no that the laser machine would drown it out. That would have been impossible since it was blaring and stressful for me eminating all the way into the waiting room. She did turn it down 2 notches (making a very minuscule difference) all the while saying she does not adjust her music and said "It''s not like I'm here for a facial" but when I asked if she could turn the sound off, she said no. I was shocked. Having been in client service for more than 20+ years, I couldn't believe it. Having a bikini wax performed is the most vulnerable experience for a client and knowing that my comfort mattered so little to her I could not go forward with my appt. The thought of laying naked waist down on a table with that music and her performing a laser procedure on my most private area was such an uncomfortable prospect. Sarah has a lot to learn about client service. I guess accommodating preferences is only for the clients to do for the technicians and not vice-a-versa.

Wendy the owner, took one look at my hair that was orange from the previous salon. She took pity on me and worked me in between customers to make me presentable again.
