Unfortunately, my appointments have been canceled multiple times due to issues on the clinic's end. The first cancellation was because my technician was sick. Another appointment was canceled because of a "tech emergency." Most recently, my appointment was canceled because the clinic is temporarily closed due to A/C repairs with no reopening date. While I understand that emergencies happen, this has become a pattern. What's most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. I've repeatedly tried calling to reschedule and have been unable to reach anyone. As a prepaid customer, I shouldn't have to chase down a business just to receive services I've already paid for. Laser hair removal requires treatments on a consistent schedule for the best results, and these repeated cancellations and inability to get in touch have unnecessarily interrupted my treatment plan. I hope the company gets things sorted out, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend paying for a package unless they improve their reliability and communication.

MY experience was very bad and I am left with permant scars on my eyelids. A simple BLETHO turned…read moreinto multiple surgeries because he " forgot" to take out fat deposits and one lid drooped after recovery. A second surgery split open that night and I had an ER of three stitches to close it leaving a scar. My eyelids are laced with "suture cysts" He SENT me to Ocular Surgeon after two rounds of laser. My lids are " burned" on top of this. I am heading to Ocular to remove cysts and getting push back by Lickstein to pay. This is MY FACE not something I can hide. May 26 was two years of this. Second Surgery Oct 25. Told would go away. This September WERE NOW IN 2026.....Ocular can remove but he's saying it's my problem. Perhaps the silicone reacted BUT THESE WERE HIS PRESCRIPTIONS BOTH TIMES. The cysts 6 along my lids, the acre pre lent nd the lids raw burnt red. He is not a person to go to for this.
