I purchased a groupon for the IV vitamin therapy. On my first session I needed (2) techs to insert a needle in my vain (which gave me some anxiety). but continued and came for my 2nd session..First of all they texted me, called me to make sure I would make my appt time. I get there on time and wait 30 mins (poor mgmt). I eventually make it to a room and tech comes in, sets up everything and proceeds to fish for my vain, not once but twice. (LEGALLY another tech would have to try) I then said no more, spoke to "Nina" she was not helpful at all regarding a solution...(that is one of her jobs). If she was concerned about making clients" happy".. she should have offered another service comparable.. Hope she learns as she lost a client. I would not recommend this facility for any service.. POOR MANAGEMENT Thanks for the large hematobin on my arm!! read more

I don't think this place is staffed very well. Phones are answered by an outside service and I have never been able to get a same day iv appointment. There are so many better options in town. read more

Highly highly recommend! I have been to three different places for Botox including a plastic surgeons offices with horrible lopsided results. This was my first time w/IV vitamon drip.its was tge moat unique experience. I actually got to.pick thhe vitamins I wanted in my IV & they acutually tell how each vitamin reacts in your body. I picked the vitamins & the IV was ready very quickly. The needle actually was painless. And 6 hrs. Later & I still feel.better today then I have all year. Its was a tremendpus help. I had the same problem as the last reviewer. I got an IV infusion on groupon; came in for my appointment and she spent 10 minutes (5 minutes in each arm) trying to dig around to find a vein. I get IV drips all the time and have never had this problem; a 2nd nurse was brought in and apologized for the first nurse; I asker her if the other lady was new and she said "no but she doesn't do this a lot" I was told a manager would call me back - this was last week and no one has read more
