I was really excited as I have never been to an office like CIMA health before. Currently my skin is in the best state it's been, and I feel great about myself, however I wanted to visit CIMA to talk primarily about my scarring. I expressed this to Stefanie and she advised me on ways to target the minimal scarring I had on my cheeks with the services they offered. I am aware of the cost of treatments which I knew would be high and was willing to take the route, however when Stefanie began to explain the products that are sold in their office and the cost is where things became a bit over budget for me as this is something I will be using consistently. The morning serum alone was $90, along with a healing serum of $80. Not forgetting the night serum, cleanser etc. I obviously wanted to use the whole recommended regimen, however after adding everything up it was out of my budget. I kindly asked Stefanie if she can recommend products with similar ingredients that would be more affordable for me that are over the counter as I cannot afford to keep up with that. She gave me a rude look and I asked her to please be honest, she then had a change in body language it was clear on her face and said, "Well if any of those products worked for you, then you wouldn't be here right now talking to me, and she's sure I have 20 products under my bathroom sink." I was shocked and quite disappointed. She then went on a huge spiel saying she's not a salesperson and why their office was originated. Needless to say, it was a long rant and I felt uncomfortable. I was looking forward to this appointment and was ready to schedule a facial as it was my birthday the next day, but after Stefanie's rude comment, tone, body language, and rant I was completely turned off. To top that off she was looking up results of treatments on google images instead of actual before and after photos of her work, which I thought was quite comical after she had no modesty saying she's the best. I know I'll receive a message of an apology from this office and the reason why their products should coincide with their treatments, but no one should have to be belittled in order to prove points. Professionalism and humbleness was definitely off.

First, let me start by saying Dr Schroeder is a great person with a good bedside manner and always…read moremake sure you're not in any pain. That being said, I had a CO2 laser resurfacing done in early/mid march. It was a lot to go through, I had to hibernate for over two weeks and my faces looked very scary. It was VERY swollen and deformed. I did know what I was getting into, and I still wanted to do it. Anyway it really worked well on my under eye and cheeks. However, I did not see much change in my under nose and chin area, which is what I was mainly concerned about. So I'm very disappointed. Since the co2 laser resurfacing, I've also had to do sculptra, form ( which are both fillers) and Botox. It still doesn't look how I would like. I need more filler to disguise the wrinkles. Any way after 4k for the resurfacing, and another 1,200 for sculptra and Botox which was after the co2 resurfacing, I'm still not seeing results. So, maybe my wrinkles were too deep. I don't know why but so far nothing is really working. Yes I see a small difference, but for $5,200, I expected better results. I suppose I need a facelift. Should have saved my money. Also I did ask dr. Schroeder if she could just do that area again with the 1/2 strength c02 laxer, but she told me it would be another $1,500. I was really hoping she would do it for free, but no! Like I said she's very sweet, great bedside manner, beautiful place. I'm just not happy with my results.
