Like all other offices, they are very clean and staff does their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I ended up buying a package for a large area and got 8 sessions of a small area included as well. Their manager helped me finance my package and gave me a discount of about 15% when I signed up. I would recommend this location and Semper Laser to anyone thinking about doing laser hair removal!

I spoke with her boss, Shannon, and while she was nice she wasn't able to give me a resolution other than me scheduling my future appointments around this manager. I now feel unfairly treated and ignored with my concerns. The answer is always "I'll have to get back to you.." just know when you purchase a package you'll never get your money back even if the machine doesn't work or you're yelled at by employees to the point where you feel uncomfortable coming back.

Laser Skin & Wellness is the first experience I have had with a facial laser and they have…read moredestroyed my skin. After a long, horrible 1 year & 4 months of the pandemic I finally flew down to Palm Beach to visit my parents and wanted to do something for myself for the first time in a very long time. I went in for a consult for an IPL but was sold the Genesis Laser treatment. It was touted as a no down time laser facial that would leave me glowing and get rid of any redness. What it actually did was leave me with red, brown and white marked up skin with Lumps, bumps and holes!! My face is unrecognizable to me after the Laser Skin & Wellness Facial Laser treatment. The first day after the treatment I contacted the business and spoke to the owner. Karen (yes, Karen). I called about the state of my skin and the fact the my debit card had been charged as a credit card, which prompted a message from my bank. FYI: This business charges people an extra 3% if they want to pay by credit card, which is unethical and I've never heard of before. Accepting credit cards is the cost of doing business, so anyone charging their own customers credit card fees, which the business is suppose to pay, is a red flag of greed. When I called and told Karen of the horrible condition of my skin after her Laser Genesis, she asked me to email her pictures of my skin and she said she would call me back. I emailed the pictures and didn't hear from her so I called again. She said the technician had left and that she would ask another technician, but again no call back. I have emailed new pictures as the days went by with no improvement, but Karen just ignored each contact. It is her business, not the technicians, and she is the one who purchases the lasers and collects the money. There is no concern for the customers health and safety at this business, and absolutely no protocol for testing people's skin before using lasers on them. A young girl at the front desk didn't even allow me read the electronic consent form, stating that the technician would tell me everything I needed to know. Don't believe that lie! The technician sold this all as a benign beauty treatment but my skin was destroyed by it. More FYI: There are unvaccinated people who do not wear masks working at this business, and that is ok with Karen, even though her advertisement on Yelp falsely states that everyone has masks and gloves. To be clear, this business is all about the money and nothing else. i am attaching a recent picture of my cheek before the Laser Skin & Wellness laser treatment and pictures taken over the last 8 1/2 days, after the Laser Skin & Wellness treatment. I sent another message, just hours ago, asking Karen to cover the cost of a dermatologist (especially since I am visiting and don't live in the area) but, of course, she did not respond. Save your skin and don't go to Laser Skin & Wellness. If they destroy your skin, as they did mine, Karen will simply take your money and ignore you. What was suppose to be a quick pick me up turned into something that seems will be a long search for medical help with healing my skin, and legal battles. Laser Skin & Wellness is a despicable business. Pay heed and don't be Karen's next victim. Update: As soon as this review was posted I received an email from the business owner, Karen, who had been avoiding me for 9 days. She lied, writing that she and someone who works for her had been calling me which, of course, they had not. Let's see those phone records Karen! Anyway, she refused to pay for me to see a dermatologist and sent a few emails where she claimed that I must be having an allergic reaction to something else that had nothing to do with her lasers. Interesting that I would only have an "allergy" in the area where her lasers were used and only after they were used. She also tried to pull the "you signed a release" garbage, although her employees pull the electronic release away from you like it's on fire to prevent you from reading it. Also, I only signed for Genesis but two lasers were used on my face. I signed nothing for the second laser that zaps your face repeatedly with what feels like electric currents, so Karen is not going to hide behind a release. Karen needs to step up and be responsible when people are harmed at her business. My beautiful skin, which I have always taken care of, was destroyed in less than an hour at Laser Skin & Wellness. Update-1 month later: A month after the laser facial at Laser Skin & Wellness there is no further improvement. The damage done to my skin is quite bad (see today's pictures attached) and after a full month seems tO be permanent. Save yourself from the agony of disfigurement by staying away from Laser Skin & Wellness.
