I make a yearly apt. with her for a check up and when I get there it is switched to the PA. I told them the last time and today when I make an apt. a year out with a doctor I want to see a doctor because that is what they are charging for the visti. The office manager told me the switch was on my confirmation email and I pulled up the email and it was not. I guess they have enough new patients they do not need the ones who have been there from the begining. Beware that they have a new policy the office manager told me and they want all the staff to see you so when you make an appoitment with one doctor you will probaply not get them.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am for Dr. Guiloff. I typically do not write reviews, but…read moreI feel compelled to share my experience to help others who may be feeling the same uncertainty and confusion I once did. I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Guilof is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredible human being. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

Surgery with Dr. Rankin @ Aqua Plastic Surgery…read more From start to finish, the experience has been incredible. After waiting over 18 months to book, I finally had my explant with Dr. Rankin and his amazing team. Lauren (my concierge) made the process seamless--even traveling 10+ hours away was stress-free. Surgery day was smooth thanks to Tasha & Betsy, who kept me calm and confident. I was first case at 6 AM, opted for a nerve block + IV hydration, and was out in just 3.5 hrs. ZERO pain--Tylenol only! Minimal bruising, drains felt "funny" but not painful. (Take the arnica, trust me ). At 1.5 weeks out, I can breathe again, my fatigue + inflammation are gone, and I feel aligned with my health goals. So grateful for Dr. Rankin's skill and his team's compassion. Stay tuned--I'll keep sharing updates as I heal

Dr. Rankin is SUPERIOR. There is a Real one on one connection he makes with patients. Not because…read morehe has to, because he wants to know you and your needs, and feel comfortable with you himself. Whether you have no questions or every question under the sun, he spends as much time as you need explaining everything, options giving his opiniy and making sure that you're comfortable. He's always there, I had his cell to make sure I could contact him at anytime....I never used it, but knowing I could was a new level of connection with your doctor. His Administrative Supervisor (his right hand girl), Beatrice, completely raises the bar, as far as how comfortable the staff can make you feel as a patient. I don't know how she juggles the millions of obligations she has, with such grace and ease. I was very nervous about the procedure, what to expect, and the do's and don'ts. She made me feel like I was the only patient. She made sure I had ALL her contact information from social media all the way down to her cell number. I have to admit; I must be up there with "patients with the most questions". Every time I asked and thought, "she's going to be annoyed this time", she proved me wrong. Even questions I'm sure she'd heard a hundred times before, she never gave me any reason to second guess myself. She was available just about any time. She always had the answer for me. With her I always made me feel like the special patient. I think every plastic surgeon who has a Beatrice is starting with a leg up and she could make all the difference in the success of their practice. The results of my surgery FAR exceeded my "fantasy" ideal result. When I had a cosmetic issue, not due to his surgery, he immediately had expert friends to refer me to. This practice is the all in one. You have an issue from surgery questions, to financial, to areas outside their area of perfection, they have the answer. If they don't, no doubt, they will know asap and complete your level of comfort.
