She put filler in my cheeks and I didn't feel like it turned out well, and when I confronted her with it, she made every excuse she could to say that my skin just wasn't what would take too well to the minimal amount of filler that she put in, but yet she never disclosed this information to me before the Injections were done at which point I could have made an educated decision as to whether I wanted to move forward because I needed more product than less to make it look the way I wanted, and I don't understand why she didn't disclose this information to me until after the fact! They are one of the most expensive places to go for injectables but yet their injector sucks! She just wanted to treat me like I was a customer that she was selling a product to. She only patted herself on the back, but did not properly inform me about the product or how I would look after the fact where could potentially look once she was done if she would've educated me about this I would've had to make an educated decision as to whether I wanted to pay for more filler because my skin was not going to take to the minimal filler that she gave me if she knew this she should have disclosed it to me before and she didn't! I feel that a client should be educated before they have this type of procedure done. I went there for their expertise because 13 years ago. I had injectables done there and everything was fine, but Bonnie was not there at the time or did not take care of me atleast! She is a horrible injector who likes to house her information versus be kind enough to tell you exactly what you should know prior to having anything done! I will never go back! (I'm sure Dr Barr is great but he needs to see how Bonnie is treating her customers!) she doesn't like when you say you know what it doesn't look the way I thought it would, and then she comes up with every excuse in the book as to why it doesn't instead of saying well what can I do to make it better? While the price was nearly half at Hass, I still went ahead after getting pressure about a sale they were having, Still, at $1,400 there was little or no improvement. The lines are still there, and the lips are uneven. I contacted Christina to express my concern with the unevenness and the fact that the frown lines are unchanged. She replied that I am naturally uneven and to would have to go up in lip volume, even though my second opinion says otherwise. I was concerned because, even though I did not go to her for my lips, why she didn't say so upon the first visit? a sales tactic? It was never mentioned, but again she said I would have to go up, that's probably another $450 for a half vial. If she's so good, and I am uneven, why didn't she say so in the first place? The audacity of her saying "She would not be doing it for free". (I didn't ask her to). I could buy that entire practice so imply anything about my spending. Her communication was arrogant and rude and I'm sorry, anyone can do what she does. Not a nice girl, thinks she is God's gift and she is condescending, rude and would never, ever go back to her.

I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Guilof is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredible human being. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.
