I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health.
