MY experience was very bad and I am left with permant scars on my eyelids. A second surgery split open that night and I had an ER of three stitches to close it leaving a scar. My eyelids are laced with "suture cysts" He SENT me to Ocular Surgeon after two rounds of laser. My lids are " burned" on top of this. I am heading to Ocular to remove cysts and getting push back by Lickstein to pay. This is MY FACE not something I can hide. May 26 was two years of this. Second Surgery Oct 25. Told would go away. This September WERE NOW IN 2026.....Ocular can remove but he's saying it's my problem. I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Guilof is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredible human being. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

The implants became encapsulated and very painful over the years so when I moved to Florida, a friend recommended Dr. Lombardi.. not only did I have my implants taken out, but I also had Lipo on my stomach , even though I was always very skinny I always had a huge belly that popped out . Anyway, went to Dr. Lombardi and he took my old implants out and gave me a lift and a reduction , he also did lipo on my stomach. I am a week and a half out and I love the results. Everything looks so natural my stomach even swollen looks amazing .. thank you !! the staff here is fantastic. Sophie is the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Lombardi.
