HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to their Botox event on October 25th. I thought I was getting Botox around my crows feet and forehead. None of it worked, then when I went back today (2 weeks later) and informed him of what had happened, I was told that he used Xeomin. NOT BOTOX! His office staff assured me when I went in he would make it right. He told me that I just needed more Botox and that it would be an additional charge. HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!! He actually said, "That's Our Policy". BTW, I have been getting Botox for 12 years, and have never this happen with any other doctor. read more

First off if you are thinking of getting plastic surgery -don't just use Yelp as a place to search for advice for best doctors in plastic surgery- use RealSelf.com as I found the reviews there to be more intellectual and those I can trust. It's also private (you need to sign in) and so more feel comfortable sharing photos. There are also lots of doctors on that site too. It's how I found Dr. Avron Lipschitz to perform laser liposuction on my son's neck. In addition to using RealSelf I also took my son to three different doctors before my son (and I) decided on Dr. Lipschitz. I'm a huge believer in second opinions. The reason my son went for this procedure is that I was with him at Disney World and went to take a selfie with him and he said he didn't want to. When I pushed him he told me he hated his double chin -he was self-conscious about it. I knew he was going off to UCF and told him if he wanted to I would search for a cosmetic surgery way to deal with it and I did. OK so one of the best things to start AND finish is Dr. Lipschitz used a 3D imaging to show what my son would look like before and after which blew my mind -I shared it with so many people. I say finish because the 3D image he showed us for the before and after which he can modify digitally to show what you'll look like depending on what he does down to exactly how much fat will be removed if that is being done- he IRL (in real life) looks like his after photo from that first visit! Mind blowing- I mean who doesn't want that?!! If you go to Dr. Lipschitz he can show it to you. I still can't believe my son after surgery (it's been 6 months now) looks exactly like Dr. Lipschitz's 3D viewer showed he would look which is so handsome and amazing. The only thing that kind of sucks is that my son is so embarrassed by his before photos that I won't share here- but again my son gave Dr. Lipschitz permission to share his images even on his website if he wanted. The facility is professional, beautiful and clean -all which means a lot to me. My son wasn't overweight but before his procedure his neck made him look like he was. He looks so handsome- I'm not exaggerating. My son paid for this procedure himself and he is so happy with it. All the people that told him he didn't need it before (family and friends) and now gushing over how incredible he looks -it was lifechanging for my son. Not only did Dr. Lipschitz do an amazing job, but he also did it in the timeline we needed which was literally within a month before my son left for UCF. Thank you to Dr. Lipschitz and his entire professional staff for giving my son his self-confidence and for being as amazing as you are as a plastic surgeon. Dr. Lipschitz was refreshing to meet. Of course with so many different procedures available now one is apt to have many questions. What was so amazing was his complete attention to me even though it was a free consultation and many people in the waiting room. The staff was on top of all your needs and extremely polite. I did end up having a simple filler injected into a problem area but non the less was treated like a queen. Having had an elective procedure done in the past; I am so glad I once again chose to get my Plastic Surgery needs done with Dr. Avron. Let me FIRST say, his bedside manner and skill are top; not to mention the overall care he gives is beyond personable. Having just had my initial reveal, he did SUCH an AMAZING job on making my nose look natural but also have noticeable difference and correcting visible issues from a previous surgery done MANY years ago; my nose NOW looks exactly how I had pictured it to be pretty much my entire life and as it continues to heal if will continue look better every day. This is not my first procedure on my nose and my original rhinoplasty I had as a teen never seemed 100% right. After having an accident that affected my nose about 11 years ago, I HAD to select an experienced Dr. that understood the complexity of damage that had internally been done to my nose. Having consulted with Dr. Avron regarding my nose previously, he has always been honest about the possible issues and never pushed me to rush into getting something done; as a matter of fact he insisted I should wait to be sure there were no residual blood flow issues that could complicate the procedure. I also had some bad breathing issues that were getting worse over time and desperately needed to be corrected. I experienced no pain at all after my surgery; just some minor discomfort that felt like when you have a cold and congested but this is to be expected; as of now, the healing process is going really well. Please don't let the friendly and engaging staff and cozy waiting room fool you. Dr. Lipschitz is warm and has an excellent bedside manner. The problem is his work is subpar. In this case I am referring to his skill/ or lack of it with Botox. Although over the years , I have had BOTOX on multiple prior occasions. This Dr. was having a "sale" so I thought I would give hime a try. What a mistake, when I inquired at the time of injection how many units he was going to use , he said 20~ I advised him based on my experience that was inadequate. So he said how about 40~obviously having no clue what a proper dose would be. Needless to say I needed to go back for another injection 2 weeks later which never worked at all and only left one brow lumpy from him injecting only one spot deep to the muscle. Terrible result and accepts no responsibility. He told my wife after she said the result was terrible that"well as people age...." Go to someone who owns their poor outcomes. Or better yet to someone who knows what their doing. Suggest you look elsewhere, BTW I'm a nurse practitioner. Read the other bad reviews right here~ I wish had. read more

Dr. Lipschitz and his staff are so professional and never once made me feel uncomfortable. After many years, my breasts were deflated, incapsulated and asymmetric. Time to trade them in for a new pair! So why not get a lift at the same time. With my frame I wanted my breasts to be just proportional and not too overwhelmingly big. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted and he delivered tremendously above and beyond my expectations. My experience with Dr Lipschitz and his staff has been very positive... I've had 2 types of surgery at his office this past year and I'm thrilled with the results. First I had upper and lower eyelids done, and then several months later a breast lift... I had a few esthetic issues but Dr Lipschitz corrected all to my liking. He is personable, professional, and strives to give pleasing results. The office and exam rooms are pristine, his operating room is right at the same location and well equipped and again, pristine. I've had great interactions with his staff, including IPL photofacials with Meg Karolewski, the Aesthetician. My skin is looking great thanks to her. Melissa Garcia booked my surgeries and also did the pre op teaching, explaining all in great detail and also provided printed instructions. Dr Lipschitz spent plenty of time with me pre and post op and listened to all of my concerns without being judgmental. The Practice sent me flowers "to brighten my day",... and it certainly did! Dr. Lipschitz runs a fine business. He and his staff are personable, efficient and talented. I have received several laser treatments as well as fillers from Dr.Lipschitz and his assistants over the past three years and I have been consistently pleased. There was one exception where I was not happy. The situation was immediately remedied in a professional manner. I also appreciate that there are no pressure tactics used by this doctor. He does not try to upsell anything , including products. A final impressive point, Dr. Lipschitz has e-mailed me personally following treatments just to check my progress. Worst cosmetic experience I've ever had. Will not be returning. I asked to get Botox to lift my brows and relax my forehead as I have done many times before at other cosmetic practices. Ana injected the Botox into my hairline and cheeks and the very last of the syringe into my brows. My cheeks were bruised for 2 weeks and my brows are now sitting completely different and uneven on my face. One of them is pushed down and the other has full mobility. I went to my follow up appointment hoping Ana would would be able to help me because my face is so uncomfortable and uneven. She told me all they could do is push the other brow down to even them out (which is exactly the opposite of what I asked for in the first place!). I was astonished at the unprofessionalism and lack of expertise. I was better off before I even stepped foot in this office and I will be going to a different cosmetic practice in the future. read more

I came in for a prescheduled appointment for a filler/injectable special being offered by Athena Plastic Surgery that included $9.00 units of Xeomin and $499 vials of Belotero. Upon meeting with Dr Lipschitz I was informed he no longer had any Xeomin. No one called to inform me before my 5:30 appointment that they no longer had the Xeomin. He said he had Dysaport for a much higher price and the special of the Belotero was now $895. I have bad reactions to Botox but Xeomin has been amazing. So it wasn't just the price but I wanted to go with what I've had the best results with. Just a small back story, 3 years ago I had won a contest for a liquid face lift with Athena medical spa. I was ecstatic and the results were great. So at this appointment Dr Lipscitz kept reminding me that I won his giveaway several years ago and he was not going to "Hagel" with me. What does me winning his contest years ago have to do with anything?? At this point I wish I had never won his contest. Throwing it in my face that I won a contest made me feel humiliated. Like I owed him something. I was here as a paying customer for what was advertised for a one day only special. I was not haggling. I just wanted what had been advertised and what I came in for in the first place. What does a contest and me being a returning paying customer have to do with one another?? It's beyond me. It was astonishing and offensive that he even brought it up. It had no bearing on this situation. He walked out saying I'm not dealing with this. HE DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCTS OFFERED SO HOW IS THIS IS MY FAULT ?!! I even asked if he could honor the specials at a later date when he had the products back in and he said absolutely not. Never have I been treated so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want honesty and integrity in a plastic surgeon and not someone trying to do the old bait and switch find another Dr. So shocked. I loved him when he first started his practice here in Stuart and even went back and spent money getting more injectables after the contest. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENT MAN. RUDE AND ARROGANT!!! I developed a rare chronic massive hematoma at the base of my back. I contacted every general and vascular surgeon in town. None wanted to touch it. The best anyone could offer was spend 3-4 hours a day on a heating pad, and it should resolve in a year or so. The pain was getting progressively worse, and I was getting desperate. I've been well acquainted with pain, and this was some of the worst ever. My dermatologist suggested consulting with Dr Lipschitz, in part because of his wound care experience. One call, and I saw him in two hours. One look, and he sent me to the hospital, where I was admitted, and he operated the next day! Talk about fast service! He would have done it in the offfice that day, but was concerned about the possibility of excessive blood loss. Dr Lipschitz and his staff are wonderful. Wow! Dr. Lipschitz did a cosmetic procedure for me a few weeks ago. He was my first and only consultation I had. I had another one scheduled the day after seeing him. However, after meeting him and his staff I canceled the other consultation I had scheduled. The one thing that really impressed me is the amount of time he takes with you. For example, the initial consultation lasted about an hour, my pre-op appointment lasted about an hour and 30 minutes. ( I know some surgeons won't even see you during the pre-op meeting, they have their nurses do it). He called me personally the night before my surgery, then called me later that night after my surgery. He cares so much. He is one of the newer plastic surgeons in the area ( since 2010), but don't let that be a factor in scheduling a consultation with him. His bed side manor and attention to detail is second to none. He is also VERY reasonably priced. I'm in love with my new look. His credentials are also very impressive! read more
