Gina was so kind and encouraging in answering all of my pre-surgery questions and calming my nerves, and all of the nurses were excellent in providing top-notch care before, during and after. I can't say enough about Dr. Lipshitz! He was available 24/7, and I saw him every day for a week after the surgery. I'm still a bit swollen (it's been 2.5 weeks), but I can see the gorgeous results coming through, and I'm so thrilled! I have had two extremely different experiences with this business, the first one was over two years ago where I had filler and Dysport injected. That experience was so good that when it was time to hsve a touch up, I went back. This time, it was not the same. I paid over 1000 dollars and I look worse than I did going in. They did not take before or after pictures however my friend had. After being grumpy for a couple of weeks, I made an appointment to speak to the surgeon, who offered to dissolve the filler and suggested I hsve surgery. I declined. After a week, I decided to get a second opinion and was told, I should ask to have the filler dissolved and get a refund if the surgeon would not put new filler. I would have been happy if they offered me the opportunity to inject new filler after they dissolved or maybe a credit for Botox or something else , even a credit towards the surgery' .. but no. When I called, I was told they would dissolve the filler at no cost. Seriously, this had left a "bad taste in my mouth " and honestly I did not want to say anything however, I posted something about this on their Facebook page and was blocked. So yeah.. This is not a good business strategy. I do not recommend using this company. I certainly will not. read more

Relaying my horrible experience with the medical spa can potentially save someone's skin. Thus, here it is. The facial treatments, they were HORRIBLE! The first one was mediocre and made me break out with acne all over the place. I told myself, maybe it's just my skin... I waited six weeks for the second facial. NOPE! I would give more than 5 stars if possible! This was my first plastic surgery experience and I couldn't be happier with everything from the consultation to the finished result. I got a breast aug with a lift and nipples done. The consultation was extremely thorough. I really appreciate that they have 3-D imaging technology to show you what your results may look like and try on different sizes. He also showed me photos of the work he has done! I even told him what I did not like about my 3D image and he actually listened and changed my result to look EXACTLY like my vision!! So they look even better than the 3D photo! He is an artist !! The girls made me feel soooo safe and comfortable. I don't think this experience could have been any better !! I went to other consultations from other surgeons in the area and NONE of them were like this at all!!!! It was like night and day ! I couldn't recommend this place enough . Seriously ! I consulted with Dr.Lipshitz concerning possible treatment for upper arm skin tightening. During the consult, he called in a technician for her to decide if heat treatments would work, and she said she thought they would. I paid $2000 for over 20 treatments that made no difference. This was a colossal waste of money and lots of time. Afterwards, he tried to sell me on surgery! I would never trust him again. Shame on me for falling for this scam!! I came in for a prescheduled appointment for a filler/injectable special being offered by Athena Plastic Surgery that included $9.00 units of Xeomin and $499 vials of Belotero. Upon meeting with Dr Lipschitz I was informed he no longer had any Xeomin. No one called to inform me before my 5:30 appointment that they no longer had the Xeomin. He said he had Dysaport for a much higher price and the special of the Belotero was now $895. I have bad reactions to Botox but Xeomin has been amazing. So it wasn't just the price but I wanted to go with what I've had the best results with. Just a small back story, 3 years ago I had won a contest for a liquid face lift with Athena medical spa. I was ecstatic and the results were great. So at this appointment Dr Lipscitz kept reminding me that I won his giveaway several years ago and he was not going to "Hagel" with me. What does me winning his contest years ago have to do with anything?? At this point I wish I had never won his contest. Throwing it in my face that I won a contest made me feel humiliated. Like I owed him something. I was here as a paying customer for what was advertised for a one day only special. I was not haggling. I just wanted what had been advertised and what I came in for in the first place. What does a contest and me being a returning paying customer have to do with one another?? It's beyond me. It was astonishing and offensive that he even brought it up. It had no bearing on this situation. He walked out saying I'm not dealing with this. HE DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCTS OFFERED SO HOW IS THIS IS MY FAULT ?!! I even asked if he could honor the specials at a later date when he had the products back in and he said absolutely not. Never have I been treated so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want honesty and integrity in a plastic surgeon and not someone trying to do the old bait and switch find another Dr. So shocked. I loved him when he first started his practice here in Stuart and even went back and spent money getting more injectables after the contest. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENT MAN. RUDE AND ARROGANT!!!
