I make a yearly apt. with her for a check up and when I get there it is switched to the PA. I told them the last time and today when I make an apt. a year out with a doctor I want to see a doctor because that is what they are charging for the visti. The office manager told me the switch was on my confirmation email and I pulled up the email and it was not. I guess they have enough new patients they do not need the ones who have been there from the begining. Beware that they have a new policy the office manager told me and they want all the staff to see you so when you make an appoitment with one doctor you will probaply not get them.

I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. I was able to find both items, at completely reasonable prices. They do not have an extensive makeup selection at all. The predominant products are for hair. I could not locate nail polish that has restricted ingredients (for health/safety), which was kind of disappointing. The hair clip section was also pretty disappointing; the product selection did not seem very modern to me. Many, many discounted items are peppered in with the regular items. Their clearance section is huge (see picture), but I didn't find the discounts particularly encouraging. The person who helped me behind the counter today was polite, kind and helpful. At the last minute, I decided to ask her about a makeup item; she was able to recommend and locate the applicable product on the spot, which I greatly appreciated.

After waiting over 18 months to book, I finally had my explant with Dr. Rankin and his amazing team. Lauren (my concierge) made the process seamless--even traveling 10+ hours away was stress-free. Surgery day was smooth thanks to Tasha & Betsy, who kept me calm and confident. I was first case at 6 AM, opted for a nerve block + IV hydration, and was out in just 3.5 hrs. ZERO pain--Tylenol only! Minimal bruising, drains felt "funny" but not painful. (Take the arnica, trust me ).
