We came here after wanting to try cloud shoes for a while now. We walked in and I thought to myself, damn this is a small store that was crowded. Then I had to put my name on a wait list for a expert to get my shoes. I then after about 6 min I met Debra. Debra had a boot on her right leg. So I was like damn I'm about to make Debra work hard and she only got 1 good foot. So Debra then brought me numerous boxes of different company's shoes. I tried on at least 12 that I can remember. I ended up after all that going with the Cloud Monsters and Cloud Swift. The monsters are really interesting to walk in. Anyway, Debra was awesome and the shoes so far so good. I can see why this place is the top 50 stores for shoes in the country. read more

After 400 miles my ASICS are being retired so I stopped in to line up a new pair . This is my second time purchasing shoes here and they do not disappoint. Dale ( my shoe dealer ) dug up a few pairs to try to make my problem feet happy . Wide, flat, pronating feet are never fun but they always find a solution for me and they really know all the details needed to get you the right style for the best performance! They even are shipping me a special color to my house so I don't have to go back and pick them up ! So thankful for the excellent experience and see you all in a few hundred miles for my third pair ! Top notch!! I went to this location a few years ago for a pair of running shoes for my 1/2 Marathon while we were on vacation. Recently moved close by & took our 16 yr old son in who runs Cross Country. Staff was phenomenal!! They took time with him & listened to his needs. (this will be year 3 running XC) Found a great fit. Then they talked nutrition & hydration, NC to FL running is a big difference. He is highly allergic to nuts and the Staff member was informative on products to use & what to avoid. While we did not purchase any extras, the Staff wasn't pushy about it. Great spot to get help for the right fit wether you are running OR walking. read more

I walked in today to buy shoes. Have shopped here many times over the past years, but not since the sign in tablet has been there. Was greeted but then abruptly told to register. Felt uncomfortable like I was entering a doctors waiting room for an unpleasant procedure. They wanted full name and phone number, wasn't even sure I was buying anything. One person asked if I was being helped and I said I had signed in and she walked away. Another person came over assuming I was the one wanting help, but it was my husband. He asked to see 2 styles. The salesperson returned with one pair, which was nothing like either one he asked to see. It felt very automated, unwelcoming and awkward. My sales rep Edgar was extremely knowlegable in recommending several pairs of sneakers. He took his time measuring me and truly trying to find the right sneaker. He knew exactly what type would work best for me. I decided on a pair of Saucony; however, when I got home, I felt they were just a little too big and returned the next day and absolutely no problem at all downsizing.
